Description

Claims (6)
- ケーブル(1)の端部において前記ケーブル(1)のリッツ線導体(4)における露出した個々独立の複数のワイヤの間に、少なくとも1つの当接部(6)を挿入するステップと、
前記当接部(6)と別体のスリーブ(3)が前記露出したリッツ線導体(4)及び前記当接部(6)の少なくとも一部の長さ(L)を囲繞するように前記スリーブ(3)を前記露出したリッツ線導体(4)の外周まわりに配置するステップと、
前記スリーブ(3)を圧縮するステップであって、それによって前記スリーブ(3)及び/又は前記当接部(6)に接続される接触部(7)が前記リッツ線導体(4)に電気的に接続されるステップと
を含み、
圧縮する前記ステップが、磁気パルス溶接法によって達成され、それによって前記スリーブ(3)の内側面が前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤに冷間溶接され、互いに接触している前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤが互いに冷間溶接され、前記当接部(6)と接触している前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤが前記当接部(6)に冷間溶接される、
ケーブルを事前に組み立てる方法。 - 前記当接部(6)が前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤの間の実質的に中央に挿入される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブル(1)が、前記リッツ線導体(4)を露出するために一端部で剥ぎ取られ、前記ケーブル(1)の前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤがより合わされ、前記リッツ線導体(4)が前記より合わせに逆らって剥ぎ取られる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- リッツ線導体(4)を有する少なくとも1つのコアと、
前記リッツ線導体(4)の個々独立のワイヤの間に配置される少なくとも1つの当接部(6)と、
前記リッツ線導体(4)の外周上に押し進められ、前記当接部(6)と別体のスリーブ(3)と、
前記スリーブ(3)及び/又は前記当接部(6)に接続され、前記リッツ線導体(4)と電気的に接触する、接触部(7)と
を備え、
前記スリーブ(3)の内側面が、磁気パルス溶接法によって、前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤに冷間溶接され、互いに接触している前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤが互いに冷間溶接され、前記当接部(6)と接触している前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤが前記当接部(6)に冷間溶接される、
組み立て済みケーブル。 - 前記リッツ線導体(4)が含まれるケーブル(1)が、長手方向中心軸を有する円形導体であり、前記当接部(6)が前記長手方向中心線に実質的に整列される、請求項4に記載の組み立て済みケーブル。
- 前記リッツ線導体(4)の前記個々独立のワイヤがアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金で形成される、請求項4又は5に記載の組み立て済みケーブル。
