Description
Claims (15)
- 第1の同軸ケーブル(1)と同軸コネクタ(16)との間で作用的な接続をもたらすための方法であって、
a.ケーブルシース(5)が設けられている場合には前記ケーブルシースを第1の工具(6)を用いて所定の第1の長さ(L1)にわたって除去するステップと、
b.第2の工具(7)を用いてケーブル外側導体(3)を所定の第2の長さ(L2)にわたって除去するステップと、
c.ケーブル内側導体(2)の端部(15)が露出するように、第3の工具(8)を用いて誘電体(4)を第3の長さ(L3)にわたって除去するステップと、
d.複数のジョー(10)を備えるロータリースエージ加工装置(9)であり、前記複数のジョー(10)が、回転軸線(11)の周りで周方向に回転可能であり、ハンマリング式で径方向に動作することができ、それぞれに少なくとも1つの作用面(14)を備える、ロータリースエージ加工装置(9)を用意するステップと、
e.前記作用面(14)の形状が前記ケーブル内側導体の前記端部(15)へ転写され、かつ前記端部(15)が所定の直径(D2)を有する少なくとも1つの部分(23)を有するように、前記ケーブル内側導体(2)の前記端部(15)を前記作用面(14)の作用領域内へ導入するステップと、
f.同軸コネクタ(16)を用意するステップと、
g.前記所定の直径(D2)を有する前記部分(23)がケーブルコネクタ(16)内の所定の位置に達するまで、前記同軸コネクタ(16)のハウジング(17)のケーブル開口(21)内へ前記ケーブル内側導体(2)を押し込むステップと、
を含む方法。 - 作用的な接続のために、前記ケーブル内側導体(2)の前記端部(15)がコネクタ内側導体(18)の接続開口(26)内へ押し込まれる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブル内側導体(2)の前記端部(15)がブシュ(28)内へ押し込まれる、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ブシュ(28)が前記ケーブル内側導体(2)と共にロータリースエージ加工される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記ケーブル内側導体(2)は、前記ケーブル内側導体がコネクタ内側導体(18)を形成するまで、中心穴(31)を通じて前記同軸コネクタ(16)の絶縁体(19)内へ押し込まれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2および第3の長さ(L2,L3)がほぼ同じである、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 同軸ケーブルを加工するための装置(9)であって、
a.ケーブルシース(5)を所定の長さ(L1)にわたって除去するための第1の工具(6)と、
b.外側導体(3)を所定の長さ(L2)にわたって除去するための第2の工具(7)と、
c.誘電体(4)を所定の長さ(L3)にわたって除去するための第3の工具(8)と、
d.複数のジョー(10)を備えるロータリースエージ加工装置(9)であり、前記複数のジョー(10)が、軸線(11)の周りで回転可能であり、前記軸線に対して径方向に動作することができ、それぞれにケーブル端部(15)を加工するための少なくとも1つの作用面(14)を備える、ロータリースエージ加工装置(9)と、
を備える装置(9)。 - 前記第1の工具(6)および/または前記第2の工具(7)および/または前記第3の工具(8)が刃である、請求項7に記載の装置(9)。
- 異なる作用面(14)を有する複数のロータリースエージ加工装置(9)を有する、請求項7または8に記載の装置(9)。
- 前記工具(6,7,8)のうちの少なくとも1つが前記ロータリースエージ加工装置(9)の上流側または近傍に配置される、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(9)。
- ケーブル内側導体(2)と、前記ケーブル内側導体と同軸的に配置されるケーブル外側導体(3)と、前記ケーブル内側導体と前記ケーブル外側導体との間に配置される誘電体(4)とを備える同軸ケーブル(1)であって、前記ケーブル内側導体(2)の端部(15)が、ロータリースエージ加工装置(9)を用いて作られた少なくとも1つの表面(22,23,24)を有する、同軸ケーブル(1)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面(22,23,24)がコーティングを有する、請求項11に記載の同軸ケーブル(1)。
- 前記ケーブル内側導体(2)の前記端部(15)が、ロータリースエージ加工によって前記ケーブル内側導体(2)に作用的に接続されるブシュ(28)を備える、請求項11または12に記載の同軸ケーブル(1)。
- 前記ブシュ(28)および前記ケーブル内側導体(2)が同じ外径を有する、請求項13に記載の同軸ケーブル(1)。
- 同軸コネクタ(16)および請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の同軸ケーブル(1)から成るアセンブリ(1,16)。
