Description
Claims (5)
- 可動台車(2)と、モジュール(1)の端部に位置決めされるツール(12)とを含み、ツールが、マウント(13)と、モジュールへの取り付け装置とを含む、航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置であって、
台車は、モジュール支持フレーム(3)上に設けられて水平軸(27)を中心として枢動する上部構造体(5)を含み、上部構造体(5)およびツール(12)は、モジュールの回転軸が水平軸と交差する位置でモジュールを台車に固定するための補完の取り付け装置(19)を含み、補完の取り付け装置(19)が、張り出し縁部(23)によって画定された溝(22)と、溝の外に延在するツール(12)の突出部(20)に取り付けられ、溝(22)内を摺動するスキッド(21)と、溝内にスキッドを固定する手段(25)とを含むことを特徴とする、前記航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置。 - 補完の取り付け装置が、溝内にスキッドの止め具(24)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置。
- フレーム(3)を持ち上げるための装置(6)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置。
- フレームを持ち上げるための装置(6)は、台車から独立したテーブル(8)を含み、テーブル(8)上で台車は転がることができ、テーブル(8)と台車(2)との間に固定止め具(35)があることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置。
- 一端がツール(12)に取り付けられ、反対端(16)がツールの反対側のモジュールの位置(17)に取り付けられることのできるリフトアーム(15)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の航空機エンジンモジュールハンドリング装置。
