Claims (14)
- 第1の曲げ面(124)と、前記第1の曲げ面(124)に関して回転可能である第2の曲げ面(136)とを有する曲げ型(100)であって、
前記第1の曲げ面(124)及び前記第2の曲げ面(136)は互いに隣接して配置され、曲げ動作の前に実質的に連続した曲げ表面を規定し、 前記第2の曲げ面(136)は、前記曲げ動作の間、前記第1の曲げ面(124)に関して回転し、前記第1の曲げ面(124)は、加工部材(10)の第1部分(16)を曲げるために、前記曲げ動作の間、前記加工部材(10)に係合可能であり、第2の曲げ面(136)は、前記加工部材(10)の第2部分を曲げてフランジ(14)の第2部分(26)を規定するために、前記曲げ動作の間、前記加工部材(10)に係合可能であり、前記フランジ(14)の第1部分(24)と前記フランジ(14)の前記第2部分(26)はそれぞれ前記曲げ動作によって形成される側部曲げライン(22)に沿って延び、前記曲げラインに(22)に隣接しており、前記加工部材(10)の前記第1部分(24)および前記加工部材(10)の前記第2部分(26)は、前記曲げ動作によって形成される曲げライン(22)の第1の側に配置されている、ことを特徴とする曲げ型(100)。 - 前記第2の曲げ面(136)の少なくとも一部は実質的円弧状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記第2の曲げ面(136)は第1の位置及び第2の位置の間で前記第1の曲げ表面(124)に対して回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記第2の曲げ面(136)が前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記第1の曲げ面(124)と前記第2の曲げ面(136)は互いに隣接して位置して実質的に連続した曲げ表面を規定することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記第2の曲げ面(136)は、前記曲げ動作の間、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に移動することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記第2の曲げ面(136)の前記第1の位置へ向けて片寄らせるための片寄せ要素をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記第1の曲げ面(124)及び前記第2の曲げ面(136)は前記曲げ動作の前に前記加工部材の第1の側に位置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 補助型(160)をさらに有し、前記補助型(160)は前記曲げ動作の間前記加工部材(10)の少なくとも一部を支持するために前記加工部材(10)の第2の側面に位置されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- カム装置(106)及びドライバ(104)をさらに有し、
前記第2の曲げ面(136)は前記カム装置上で規定され、前記ドライバ(104)は前記加工部材(10)の第2の側に位置され、前記ドライバ(104)の前記カム装置との係合による前記曲げ動作の間前記第2の曲げ面(136)は前記第1の曲げ面(124)に対して回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ型(100)。 - 本体(108)及びカム装置(106)をさらに有し、
前記第1の曲げ面(124)は前記本体上で規定され、前記カム装置(106)は、前記本体が第1の位置及び第2の位置の間で回転するために前記本体(108)に回転可能に取付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曲げ型(100)。 - 前記曲げ動作の間前記加工部材(10)の少なくとも一部を支持する補助型(160)をさらに有し、前記補助型(160)は固定された位置に配置され、前記本体(108)は前記曲げ動作の間前記補助型(160)に対して移動することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- 前記曲げ動作の間前記加工部材(10)の少なくとも一部を支持する補助型(160)をさらに有し、前記本体は(108)固定された位置に配置され、前記補助型(160)は前記曲げ動作の間前記本体(108)に対して移動することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の曲げ型(100)。
- ドライバ(104)をさらに有し、
前記本体(108)は前記曲げ動作の間前記ドライバ(104)に向かう直線移動のために取付けられ、前記第2の曲げ面(136)は、前記ドライバ(104)の前記カム装置(106)との係合により前記第1の曲げ面(124)に対して前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に回転することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の曲げ型(100)。 - 補助型(160)をさらに有し、
前記補助型(160)は前記曲げ動作の間前記加工部材(10)の少なくとも一部を支持するために前記加工部材(10)の第2の側面に位置され、前記本体(108)は前記曲げ動作の前に前記加工部材(10)の第1の側面に位置され、前記カム装置(106)は前記曲げ動作の前に前記加工部材(10)の第1の側面に位置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の曲げ型(100)。
