Claims (4)
- クレーンブームを支えるための引張棒であって、金属管体と連結要素とを備え、該連結要素が、前記引張棒をボルトによって相互に関節結合するために、両方の末端で前記金属管体に接続されているものにおいて、
前記金属管体(2)と前記連結要素(3)が、一体的な管部分から成り、
前記金属管体(2)の長手方向端部には、壁肉厚部が設けられ、
前記壁肉厚部は、長手方向端に向かうに従い外径が大きくなる外径拡大部によって形成され、
前記連結要素(3)は、それぞれ、前記金属管体(2)の末端の壁肉厚部として形成されており、
前記壁肉厚部は、前記金属管体(2)の耐力計算用に考慮すべき前記連結要素(3)の呼称肉厚の横断面弱化がボルト結合領域内で防止され、かつ疲労強度を高めるために前記壁肉厚部から前記金属管体(2)への移行領域が段差なしの移行部(7)を有するように、設計されていることを特徴とする引張棒。 - 前記壁肉厚部が、前記金属管体(2)の外径拡大部及び内径縮小部の両方によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引張棒。
- 前記壁肉厚部は、熱間据込みによって据え込んだ管端であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の引張棒。
- 前記壁肉厚部は、肉盛溶接によって厚肉にされた管端であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の引張棒。
