Claims (7)
- クレーンブームを支持するための引張ロッド(1,1’)であって、
金属の管体(2,2’)と、
両方の末端部分で前記管体に接続され、かつボルト(8,12)によって相互に関節結合するように構成された連結要素(6,7,9,10)と
を備えている引張ロッドにおいて、
前記管体(2,2’)と前記連結要素(6,7,9,10)とが素材結合することなく互いに着脱可能に結合され、
前記結合が螺合であり、
前記管体(2)が、前記結合の領域に雄ねじ(5)を有するとともに外径を拡大した壁肉厚部(3)を備え、
前記管体(2)の耐力計算用に考慮すべき管呼称肉厚の横断面弱化が前記管体(2)及び前記連結要素(6,7)の結合の領域における前記雄ねじ(5)によって防止され、かつ前記壁肉厚部(3)から前記管体(2)への移行部(4)によって切欠き現象が少なくなるように、前記移行部が構成されていることを特徴とする、引張ロッド。 - 前記結合の領域に前記管体(2)が雄ねじ(5)を有し、
前記連結要素(6,7)が雌ねじ(5’)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引張ロッド。 - クレーンブームを支持するための引張ロッド(1,1’)であって、
金属の管体(2,2’)と、
両方の末端部分で前記管体に接続され、かつボルト(8,12)によって相互に関節結合するように構成された連結要素(6,7,9,10)と
を備えている引張ロッドにおいて、
前記管体(2,2’)と前記連結要素(6,7,9,10)とが素材結合することなく互いに着脱可能に結合され、
前記連結要素(6,7,9,10)の相互の関節結合と、前記管体(2’)及び前記連結要素(9,10)の結合とには、ボルト結合として共通する嵌合結合が含まれていることを特徴とする、引張ロッド。 - 前記管体(2’)の末端部分が外向き壁肉厚部(3’)を備えており、
前記管体(2’)から前記壁肉厚部(3’)に至る前記壁肉厚部の肩状移行領域(11)に、これに嵌合可能な前記連結要素(9,10)が引張力伝達のため嵌合当接し、
前記引張ロッド(1’)の一方の末端部分における前記連結要素(9)が雄要素として構成され、他方の末端部分の前記連結要素(10)が雌要素として構成され、前記連結要素(9,10)が互いに差込可能に構成されており、
前記雄要素と前記雌要素とが重なった領域内でボルト(12)によって互いに結合可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の引張ロッド。 - 前記連結要素(9,10)が、前記管体(2’)の長手軸線に対して対称に2つの殻部に分割されており、かつ嵌合位置にて前記管体(2’)上で互いに結合可能に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の引張ロッド。
- 前記壁肉厚部(3’)が熱間据込みによって据え込まれた管端部となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の引張ロッド。
- 前記壁肉厚部(3’)が肉盛溶接部となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の引張ロッド。
