Description
合成ガス → 粗製メタノール + 熱
粗製メタノール → メタノール/DME/水 → ガソリン+ 熱
合成ガス → メタノール/DME/水 → ガソリン + 熱

CO + H2O ⇔ CO2+ H2 (2)
これを、現場でまたは引き続いて、下記の式に従うメタノールからのジメチルエーテル(DME)の合成と組み合わせてよい:
2 CH3OH ⇔ DME + H2O (3)
運転条件および触媒に応じて、副生成物、主として少量の高級アルコール (第一にエタノール)、ケトン、アルデヒドおよび酸、が多かれ少なかれ形成される(典型的には、重量により1000ppmより少ない)。
(1) ガソリン反応装置への入口温度の低下を可能にし、そして
(2) 完全な変換率において断熱温度上昇の減少に至ることになる。
- 水素対一酸化炭素の容積比、例えば0.1〜6を有する合成ガスを2つの第一変換工程を含む合成区域に供給し: 含酸素物合成工程の後にガソリン合成工程が続き、供給点は、プロセスに簡便な任意の場所、例えば含酸素物合成工程の上流である。
- 含酸素物合成工程において、合成ガスは、メタノール、それよりアルコールを含みそして好ましくはジメチルエーテルおよびそれより高級なエーテル、必要に応じてまた、炭化水素も含む不完全な生成物に変換され; 流出物は、未変換の合成ガスおよびイナートを更に含有する。含酸素物合成工程は、部分的な含酸素物合成工程に分割してよく、部分的な含酸素物合成工程は、任意の従来の反応装置タイプを関係させてよくおよび直列におよび/または並列に配置してよい。
- ガソリン合成工程において、不完全な生成物の含酸素物留分は、ガソリン化合物 (炭化水素成分)に高い収率で脱水され、それと共に有用な軽質生成物ならびに少量のメタンおよびエタンを共生産し、有用な生成物は、下流で未変換の合成ガスから少なくとも一部分離する。適用可能なガソリン反応装置タイプは、断熱、内部冷却式または急冷式および冷却式反応装置を含みならびに1つ以上の区域に分割してよくそして従来知られている通りに直列におよび/または並列に配置してよい。
分離されそしてパージされない未変換ガス90を、次いで、必要に応じて管路120を経て合成ガス製造区域におよび管路110を通して含酸素物合成反応装置25におよび/または管路100を通してガソリン合成反応装置35に循環させる。
一連の実験を内径4 mmの石英反応装置で実施した。HZSM-5ゼオライト触媒 (150-300 mmサイズの粒子)250 mgを炭化ケイ素、SiC 500 mgと混合しそして反応装置の中に充填した。
N0 C Methanol + DME は、供給中のメタノールおよびDMEに存在する炭素の総量であり、そして
NC Methanol + DMEは、生成物中のメタノールおよびDMEに存在する炭素の総量である。
これは、本発明の原理の内の一つ、すなわち、変換が起こる温度の低下の得られる効果を実証する例である。
本例は、本発明に従わない。本例は、含酸素物合成工程が、副生成物を有するメタノール合成である米国特許第4076761号に記載されている通りの統合された含酸素物プロセスの実施が、本発明の目的を満足するために必要とされる効果をもたらさないことを実証する働きをする。
これは、本発明を例示していないが、従来技術に匹敵し得る合成物質収支に基づいた比較例である。プロセスは、内部CO2除去によって有利に働く統合された含酸素物およびガソリン合成であり、該合成では、含酸素物は、表3に示す通りの従来のレベルの副生成物、すなわち、メタノール487モルppm、1-プロパノール75モルppm、2-プロパノール32モルppm、1-ブタノール40モルppmおよび2-ブタノール11モルppmと共に製造されるメタノールである。
これは、本発明を例示していないが、比較として働く合成物質収支に関する例である。プロセスは、含酸素物合成が、今、組み合わせたメタノールおよびジメチルエーテル合成であることを除いては、例4の繰り返しである。
これは、本発明を使用することによって得られる利点を例示する例である。含酸素物合成において、組み合わせたメタノールおよびジメチルエーテルその後に組み合わせたメタノールおよび一層高級なアルコールが続く合成を行う。
本例は、粗製の、水性バイオエタノールの流れを統合されたガソリン合成の含酸素物合成部分に共供給する場合に得られる相乗作用に特に関して上記した本発明の一実施態様を例示する。
Claims (15)
- ガソリン合成工程において、メタノールおよび/またはジメチルエーテル、
並びに、
総含酸素物に基づいて0.05−1重量%のプロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、およびC3+高級エーテルの群から選択する一種以上の含酸素物の混合物を含む含酸素物含有供給をガソリンの炭化水素成分に接触変換させることを含み、ガソリン合成工程を沸騰水によって320−330°Cに冷却する反応装置において実施する、ガソリンの炭化水素成分の合成方法。 - ガソリン合成工程において、メタノールおよび/またはジメチルエーテル、
並びに、
総含酸素物に基づいて5−15重量%のプロパノール、ブタノール、ペンタノール、ヘキサノール、およびC3+高級エーテルの群から選択する一種以上の含酸素物の混合物を含む含酸素物含有供給をガソリンの炭化水素成分に接触変換させることを含み、ガソリン合成工程を沸騰水によって320−330°Cに冷却する反応装置において実施する、ガソリンの炭化水素成分の合成方法。 - 含酸素物含有供給を、1つ以上の含酸素物合成工程において合成ガス供給を接触変換させることから得る、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物合成工程の少なくとも1つに、メタノール、それより高級なアルコールおよび/またはそれらのエーテルを含む含酸素物含有流の1つ以上を共供給する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物含有流の少なくとも1つがエタノールおよび水を含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物含有流の少なくとも1つが、再生可能なエネルギーから製造された粗製の、水性エタノールを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物含有供給を、相分離して2つの留分、すなわちメタノールを含有する含酸素物に富む液体留分およびC3+高級アルコールと未変換の合成ガスを含む含酸素物の少ない(lean)ガス留分との混合物にし、そして次いで、含酸素物に富む留分をガソリンの炭化水素成分に接触変換させる、請求項3〜6のいずれか一に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物合成触媒が、アルミナ、シリカアルミナ、および/またはゼオライトを含みならびに更にCuおよび/またはZnOを含む、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスに酸性ガス除去工程を施した後に、含酸素物含有供給に変換させる、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- ガソリンおよび水の成分を含む主部分の炭化水素成分を分離しそしてこの分離工程から未変換の合成ガスを含む残余流を得そしてこれの一部を含酸素物合成工程および/またはガソリン合成工程に循環させる、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 合成ガスの供給留分を、1つ以上の含酸素物合成工程の少なくとも1つにバイパスさせる、請求項3または8に記載の方法。
- 水を1つ以上の含酸素物合成工程の少なくとも1つに加える、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- C3+高級アルコールを含む流れをガソリン合成工程に共供給する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- エタノールを含む流れをガソリン合成工程に共供給する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 含酸素物合成工程の少なくとも1つに、メタノール、それより高級なアルコールおよび/またはそれらのエーテルを含みそして更にアルデヒドおよびケトン、カルボン酸およびそれらのアルキルエステルの群から選択する含酸素物を含む含酸素物含有流の1つ以上を共供給する、請求項3、4および10〜12のいずれか一に記載の方法。
