Claims (4)
- 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリンを製造するシステムであって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成装置と、
前記メタノール合成装置で合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン合成装置で予熱する空気予熱装置であって、ガソリン合成用触媒が充填された反応管と燃焼用空気とを熱交換するために前記反応管の外側を前記燃焼用空気が流通するダクトを備える空気予熱装置と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ガソリン合成装置内にガソリン合成塔を少なくとも2つ備え、
前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成塔のうちの第1のガソリン合成塔で合成したガソリンと、第1のガソリン合成塔に供給するメタノールとの間で熱交換を行う熱交換器を備え、
この熱交換器で冷却されたガソリンで、前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成塔のうちの第2のガソリン合成塔を冷却する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリンを製造する方法であって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成工程と、
前記メタノール合成工程で合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン合成の合成熱で予熱する空気予熱工程であって、ガソリン合成用触媒が充填された反応管の外側のダクトに燃焼用空気を流通させて、前記反応管と燃焼用空気とを熱交換する空気予熱工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記ガソリン合成工程が少なくとも2つ直列的に行われ、
前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成工程のうちの第1のガソリン合成工程で合成したガソリンと、第1のガソリン合成工程に供給するメタノールとの間で熱交換を行う工程を含み、
この熱交換工程により冷却されたガソリンで、前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成工程のうちの第2のガソリン合成工程の合成熱を冷却する請求項3に記載の方法。
