Abstract
【解決手段】 スチームリフォーマ10で天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成し、メタノール合成塔20でこの改質ガスからメタノールを合成し、ガソリン合成塔30でメタノールからガソリンを合成する際に、スチームリフォーマ10に供給する燃焼用空気41を、ガソリン合成塔30で生じる反応熱で予熱してからスチームリフォーマ10に供給する。

Claims (4)
- 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリンを製造するシステムであって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成装置と、
前記メタノール合成装置で合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン合成装置で予熱する空気予熱装置と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ガソリン合成装置内にガソリン合成塔を少なくとも2つ備え、
前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成塔のうちの第1のガソリン合成塔で合成したガソリンと、第1のガソリン合成塔に供給するメタノールとの間で熱交換を行う熱交換器を備え、
この熱交換器で冷却されたガソリンで、前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成塔のうちの第2のガソリン合成塔を冷却する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリンを製造する方法であって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成工程と、
前記メタノール合成工程で合成したメタノールからガソリンを合成するガソリン合成工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン合成の合成熱で予熱する空気予熱工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記ガソリン合成工程が少なくとも2つ直列的に行われ、
前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成工程のうちの第1のガソリン合成工程で合成したガソリンと、第1のガソリン合成工程に供給するメタノールとの間で熱交換を行う工程を含み、
この熱交換工程により冷却されたガソリンで、前記少なくとも2つのガソリン合成工程のうちの第2のガソリン合成工程の合成熱を冷却する請求項3に記載の方法。
