Abstract
【解決手段】天然ガスの水蒸気改質による改質ガスからメタノールを合成し、そのメタノールからガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを製造する場合に、天然ガスを水蒸気改質する前に予備改質するか、水蒸気改質の排ガスから二酸化炭素を回収するか、水蒸気改質に供給する燃焼用空気を、ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成の合成熱で予熱するかを選択する。そして、水蒸気改質で発生する排ガスからの熱回収、改質ガスからの熱回収と、メタノール合成における合成熱と、ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成における合成熱と、選択される、予備改質の回収熱と、二酸化炭素回収の際の回収熱と、空気予熱の回収熱とを用いシステム全体のエネルギーをセルフバランスさせる。

Claims (2)
- 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを製造するシステムであって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成装置と、
前記メタノール合成装置で合成したメタノールからガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを合成するガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成装置と
を備えており、更に、
前記天然ガスを水蒸気改質する前に予備改質する予備改質装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置の前記排ガスから二酸化炭素を回収する二酸化炭素回収装置と、
前記水蒸気改質装置に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成装置で予熱する空気予熱装置と
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの装置を備えており、
前記水蒸気改質装置で発生する排ガスからの熱回収と、前記改質ガスからの熱回収と、前記メタノール合成装置における合成熱と、前記ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成装置における合成熱と、前記選択された場合の前記予備改質装置の回収熱と、前記選択された場合の前記二酸化炭素回収装置の二酸化炭素回収熱と、前記選択された場合の前記空気予熱装置の回収熱とを用いて、前記システム全体におけるエネルギーをセルフバランスさせたシステム。 - 天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを製造する方法であって、
天然ガスを水蒸気改質して改質ガスを生成する水蒸気改質工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程で生成した改質ガスからメタノールを合成するメタノール合成工程と、
前記メタノール合成工程で合成したメタノールからガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを合成するガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成工程と
を含み、更に、
前記天然ガスを水蒸気改質する前に予備改質する予備改質工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程の前記排ガスから二酸化炭素を回収する二酸化炭素回収工程と、
前記水蒸気改質工程に供給する燃焼用空気を、前記ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成の合成熱で予熱する空気予熱工程と
からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの工程を含み、
前記水蒸気改質工程で発生する排ガスからの熱回収と、前記改質ガスからの熱回収と、前記メタノール合成工程における合成熱と、前記ガソリン又はジメチルエーテル合成工程における合成熱と、前記選択された場合の前記予備改質工程の回収熱と、前記選択された場合の前記二酸化炭素回収工程の二酸化炭素回収熱と、前記選択された場合の前記空気予熱工程の回収熱とを用いて、前記天然ガスからメタノールを経由してガソリン又はジメチルエーテルを製造する方法を行うシステムの全体におけるエネルギーをセルフバランスさせる方法。
