Description
図1は、本発明の第一実施形態に係る粘着ラベル1の縦断面模式図である。粘着ラベル1は、最下面から、印字記録層2と、支持体3と、粘着層4と、無機フィラー20を含有する樹脂層5が積層する構造を備えている。本発明の粘着ラベル1は、樹脂層5を加熱することにより開口させ粘着層4を露出させて粘着性を発現させる。一方、樹脂層5は非粘着性であり、粘着ラベル1を積み重ねる、あるいはロール状に巻き取って保管してもブロッキングが発生しない。印字記録層2には文字、図形等を印字することができる。例えば、ラベル発行装置を使用して印字記録層2に印字し、樹脂層5を局所的に加熱して開口させ、特定個所の粘着層4を露出させた粘着ラベル1を発行することができる。なお、印字記録層2を形成せず、支持体3に直接印字してもよい。

と表される。ここで、Pは粘着体に印加される圧力、aは開口部8の半径、Lは開口部8の距離(凸部7の樹脂層5と粘着層4との境界からの高さ。)、η0は粘着剤の粘性である。この式から、粘性η0が大きいほど、また開口部8の距離Lが大きいほど流れ出す粘着剤量は少なくなる。従って、樹脂層5の厚さと粘着剤の粘性を適切に選択する必要がある。なお、本発明の粘着ラベル1は、開口部8の半径aを高精度に制御することができるので、流れ出る粘着剤量の制御性が向上し、所定の粘着力を安定して発現させることができる。
図4は、本発明の第二実施形態に係るラベル発行装置10の模式的な構成図である。ラベル発行装置10は、粘着ラベル1を収納するロール紙収納部12と、粘着ラベル1を切断するロール紙切断部13と、粘着ラベル1に記録する記録部としてのラベル記録部14と、粘着ラベル1に粘着性を発現させる粘着発現部15を備えている。ロール紙収納部12はロール状に巻き取った粘着ラベル1を収納する。粘着ラベル1は、印字記録層2と、支持体3と、粘着層4と、樹脂層5が積層する積層構造を備えている。ロール紙切断部13は、搬送部としての搬送ローラー17から送り出される粘着ラベル1をカッタ部材16により所定の長さに切断する。ラベル記録部14は、記録用サーマルヘッド11により搬送ローラー18上に載置された粘着ラベル1の印字記録層2に記録する。粘着発現部15は、既に第一実施形態において説明したように、搬送ローラー19上に載置された粘着ラベル1の樹脂層5を加熱部Hとしてのサーマルヘッド6により加熱し、その下部の粘着層4を露出させる。

Claims (4)
- 支持体と、
前記支持体の上に設置された粘着層と、
前記粘着層の上に設置され、非粘着性を有し、無機フィラーを含有する樹脂層と、を備え、
前記樹脂層はオリフィン系樹脂から成り、かつ
前記樹脂層は、前記無機フィラーを20体積%〜60体積%含有する粘着ラベル。 - 前記樹脂層は、単位面積当たりの熱容量が前記粘着層よりも小さい請求項1に記載の粘着ラベル。
- 前記支持体の、前記粘着層とは反対側に感熱発色層が設置されている請求項1または2に記載の粘着ラベル。
- 前記樹脂層は、加熱することにより開口して前記粘着層が露出する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着ラベル。
