Description
Claims (8)
- 自動車のリアアクスルの2つの長手方向のアームを接続することを可能にする自動車のリアアクスル用のねじり変形可能な閉断面のクロスメンバ(1)であって、管から形成され、該管が、前記2つのアームの一方にそれぞれ接続することができる端部(T E )と、前記管の内壁(10、11)がすき間によって隔てられているU字形またはV字形の横断面を得るように深絞りされた中央部(TI)と、各々の端部(T E )を前記中央部(TI)へとつなぐように横断面が変化している2つの移行部(TT)とを備えているクロスメンバ(1)であり、当該クロスメンバ(1)がねじり荷重にさらされるときに前記中央部(TI)のレベルにおける前記内壁(10、11)の間のすべての接触を避けるべく、各々の移行部(Tj)の全長のすべてまたは一部にわたって前記中央部(TI)の一端をそれぞれ閉じる2つのインサート(3)をさらに備えることを特徴とするクロスメンバ(1)。
- 各々のインサート(3)が、該インサート(3)を前記管の内壁に対して保持するための手段をもたらす接着材料の層(31)によって囲まれた芯(30)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記層(31)が、ポリウレタン発泡体であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記層(31)が、熱硬化性接着剤であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記芯(30)が、ポリプロピレンの種類のプラスチック材料で作られていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記2つのインサート(3)を互いに機械的に接続するためのさらなる手段(40、41)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記機械的に接続するための手段(40、41)が、当該クロスメンバの内部で前記2つのインサートの間を互いに実質的に平行に延びている2本のケーブルを備えており、該ケーブルの各々が、当該クロスメンバ(1)の1つの液滴状のループ(12)の内側を長手方向に延びており、該ケーブルの各々の端部が、前記2つのインサート(3)のうちの一方へと取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
- 前記機械的に接続するための手段(40、41)が、当該クロスメンバの内部で前記2つのインサートの間を互いに実質的に平行に延びている2本の剛体棒を備えており、該棒の各々が、当該クロスメンバ(1)の1つの液滴状のループ(12)の内側を長手方向に延びており、前記棒の各々の端部が、前記2つのインサート(3)のうちの一方へと取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のクロスメンバ(1)。
