Claims (9)
- タービンノズル(20)であって、
前縁及び後縁(36、38)間で軸方向に延びるベーン(34)の列の境界となる外側及び内側バンド(30、32)を含み、
前記外側バンド(30)が、その根元(52)内に該外側バンド(30)に隣接するアンダカットポケット(72)を備えた状態で前記後縁(38)の上方に配置された後方フランジ(50)を含み、
該タービンノズル(20)が、前記根元(52)において前記外側バンド(30)及び後方フランジ(50)を橋絡して前記ポケット(72)を覆いかつ該ポケット(72)に面したインピンジメント孔(60)の列を備えた衝突バッフル(58)をさらに含み、
前記後方フランジ(50)が、前記ポケット(72)の上方に配置された半径方向外側座部(54)を含み、
前記衝突バッフル(58)が、前記座部(54)の下方で前記後方フランジ(50)に沿って半径方向に延びる後方リップ(66)と前記外側バンド(30)の上方に間隔を置いて配置された主パネル(68)とを含み、
前記インピンジメント孔(60)が、前記後方リップ(66)及び主パネル(68)間のフィレット接合部(70)を貫通して延びる
ことを特徴とする、ノズル。 - 前記根元(52)の前方で前記外側バンド(30)を貫通して延びかつ前記ポケット(72)と流れ連通状態であって使用済みインピンジメント空気を吐出するようになった出口孔(62)の列をさらに含む、請求項1記載のノズル。
- 前記出口孔(62)が、前記インピンジメント孔(60)の前方に配置される、請求項2記載のノズル。
- 前記根元(52)の前方で前記外側バンド(30)を貫通して延びかつ前記ポケット(72)と流れ連通状態であって使用済みインピンジメント空気を吐出するようになった出口孔(62)の列をさらに含み、
前記後方リップ(66)が、前記ポケット(72)の上方で前記後方フランジ(50)に平行であり、
前記インピンジメント孔(60)が、前記フィレット接合部(70)を貫通して下向きに傾斜して前記根元(52)をその前記外側バンド(30)との接合部においてインピンジメント冷却し、
前記出口孔(62)が、前記ポケット(72)の前方で前記外側バンド(30)を貫通して後方に傾斜する、
請求項1記載のノズル。 - 前記インピンジメント孔(60)が、該インピンジメント孔(60)の直径の2〜3倍だけ前記根元(52)から前方に間隔を置いて配置される、請求項1記載のノズル。
- 前記主パネル(68)が、前記フィレット接合部(70)を貫通して延びるインピンジメント孔(60)の前方に分散配置されかつ前記外側バンド(30)の上方に間隔を置いて配置された付加的インピンジメント孔(74)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のノズル。
- 前記フィレット接合部(70)に単一の列の前記インピンジメント孔(60)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のノズル。
- 前記根元(52)の前方で前記外側バンド(30)を貫通して延びかつ前記ポケット(72)と流れ連通状態であって使用済みインピンジメント空気を吐出するようになった出口孔(62)の列をさらに含み、
前記インピンジメント孔(60)の列から前方に順々に間隔を置いて配置された2つの列の前記出口孔(62)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のノズル。 - 前記外側座部(54)が、前記根元(52)の上方に配置された後方に面した段部を含み、
前記ポケット(72)が、前記根元(52)の前方に延びる、
