Claims (9)
- タービンノズル(18)であって、
内側および外側バンド(24、26)に両側端部が一体に接合された1対の中空の羽根(22)であって、各羽根が、翼幅が前記両バンド間を延び、翼弦が対向する前縁と後縁(32、34)の間を延びる、圧力側とその反対側の吸込側(28、30)とを含み、前記内側バンドが、前記前縁(32)の下の前方リップ(38)と、前記後縁(34)の下の後方リップ(40)と、その間に間隔をおいて配置された取り付けフランジ(42)とを含む、羽根と、
前記羽根(22)の下の前記取り付けフランジ(42)の基部から斜め後方に、前記後方リップ(40)に向かって延びる、前記後方リップ(40)を衝突冷却するための複数の衝突孔(52)と
を含み、
前記内側バンド(24)がさらに、前記羽根(22)のうち対応するものの背後に、前記取り付けフランジ(42)と前記後方リップ(40)との間の、内側バンドの内面に凹設された1対の開いた後方ポケット(54)を含み、前記衝突孔(52)が、前記後方ポケットの側壁内に配置され、前記後方リップ(40)に向かって斜め後方に向いていることを特徴とする、タービンノズル。 - 前記内側バンド(24)がさらに、前記前方および後方リップ(38、40)の間を延びる対向する端面(44)と、前記複数の羽根(22)の間のろう付け接合部(50)と、前記端面(44)、前記接合部(50)および前記取り付けフランジ(42)の後方にある前記後方リップ(40)に沿っており、前記各後方ポケット(54)を取り囲むリム(56)とを含み、
前記衝突孔(52)が、前記後方ポケット(54)内を通って前記リム(56)に向かい、前記後方リップ(40)に向けられている、請求項1記載のノズル。 - 前記衝突孔(52)が、前記羽根の吸込側(30)から、前記後方リップ(40)と、前記接合部(50)および端面(44)に沿った前記リム(56)とに前記後方ポケット(54)が接触しているところにある対応する前記内側バンド(24)隅部の方へ向いている、請求項2記載のノズル。
- 前記衝突孔(52)が、前記羽根の前記吸込側(30)から斜めに前記隅部の方へ向いている、請求項3記載のノズル。
- 前記衝突孔(52)が、前記羽根の前記吸込側(30)に対して平行に前記隅部に向かって延びる、請求項3記載のノズル。
- 1つの衝突孔が、前記吸込側(30)から斜めに1つの隅部に向かって延び、別の衝突孔(52)が、前記吸込側(30)に対して平行に反対側の隅部に向かって延びる、請求項3記載のノズル。
- 前記内側バンド(24)がさらに、前記取り付けフランジ(42)と前記前方リップ(38)の間に、前記羽根の対応する圧力側(28)に沿って内側バンドの内側面に凹設された1対の開いた前方ポケット(58)を含み、
前記衝突孔(52)が、前記前方ポケット(58)と後方ポケット(54)の間で流体連通して前記取り付けフランジ(42)内を延びる、請求項3記載のノズル。 - 前記羽根(22)が内部に、前記取り付けフランジ(42)の前記基部で終端する冷却キャビティ(36)を備え、前記衝突孔(52)が、前記キャビティ(36)から前記後方ポケット(54)内に冷却空気(12)を排出し、前記後方リップ(40)に衝突させるために、前記キャビティ(36)内から延びる、請求項3記載のノズル。
- 請求項4記載のタービンノズルを作製する方法であって、
前記羽根(22)および前記バンド(24、26)を、2つの別々の単体アセンブリとして鋳造するステップと、
前記衝突孔(52)を、前記後方ポケット(54)の前記側壁を貫通して穿孔するステップと、
前記2つの単体を互いにろう付けして1つのノズル対を形成するステップと
を含む方法。
