Description

・組み立て工程の自動化を高めること、
・成形品の品質を高めること、及び
・より複雑な機械の置換、
である。
アダプタ枠6をコンバータ8に固定しているねじ19が緩められ、アダプタ枠6が長手方向のスリット23に沿って移動されて、超音波ホーン7と押圧パッド10及び/又はグリッパとの間の距離が調整される。アダプタ枠6は、ねじ19によってコンバータ8に固定される。

Claims (9)
- アダプタ枠(6)と、超音波ホーン(7)と、コンバータ(8)と、を備え、前記超音波ホーン(7)は、被加工材(1,2,3)を少なくとも1つの工具に固定された被加工材(4)に超音波溶接するために前記アダプタ枠に装着されたコンバータ(8)によって駆動され、前記被加工材(1,2,3)は、特に予備成形物である、超音波溶接デバイス(5,20)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの固定された被加工材(4)は、繊維強化プラスチック(FRP)部品であり、
前記超音波ホーン(7)は、前記アダプタ枠(6)の内側中央部にあるとともに、前記被加工材(1,2,3)に向かって移動可能であり、
前記超音波溶接デバイス(5,20)は、さらに取り出し部材(9)を備え、
前記取り出し部材(9)は、押圧パッド(10)と、前記押圧パッドが前記被加工材(1,2,3)に圧力をかけたときに前記被加工材(1,2,3)の付着力を高めるために前記押圧パッド(10)に設けられた受動的クランプ手段(17)と、前記押圧パッド(10)に設けられ前記被加工材(1,2,3)を把持するグリッパ(11〜14)と、前記押圧パッド(10)を前記アダプタ枠(6)に弾性的に装着するためのバネ脚部(18)と、を有し、
前記被加工材(1,2,3)に対する前記超音波溶接デバイス(5)の座標を制御する制御手段により、前記固定された被加工材(4)の溶接位置に前記被加工材(1,2,3)が移動可能であり、
前記制御手段により前記取り出し部材(9)が制御され、起動手段(15)により前記超音波ホーン(7)が起動される、超音波溶接デバイス(5,20)。 - 前記グリッパ(11〜14)が空気圧グリッパ、針グリッパ又は凍結式グリッパであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)。
- 前記起動手段(15)が、空気圧供給手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)。
- 前記空気圧供給手段(15)が、圧力供給手段又は真空供給手段による供給を受けることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)。
- 前記押圧パッド(10)が、中央に、前記超音波ホーン(7)のための切り欠き(16)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)。
- 前記押圧パッド(10)が、前記被加工材(1,2,3)及び/又は前記工具に固定された前記少なくとも1つの被加工材(4)に接触するための基本的に円形又は長方形形状の表面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波溶接デバイス(5)の操作方法であって、
まず、前記超音波溶接デバイス(5)を機構により被加工材(1,2,3)に向かって移動させ、
前記取り出し部材(9)の前記グリッパ(11〜14)を前記制御手段により作動し、前記グリッパ(11〜14)により前記被加工材(1,2,3)を把持し、
前記制御手段により制御された前記超音波溶接デバイス(5)の前記機構により前記被加工材(1,2,3)を工具に固定された被加工材(4)との溶接位置に移動させ、
前記溶接位置に達した時点で、前記押圧パッド(10)によって、溶接対象である前記被加工材(1,2,3)及び前記工具に固定された被加工材(4)に圧力を印加し、
前記超音波ホーン(7)を移動させて前記被加工材(1,2,3)を前記工具に固定された被加工材(4)に押し付け、
前記工具に固定された被加工材(4)に溶接される前記被加工材(1,2,3)に前記超音波ホーン(7)を経て超音波を誘導し、前記溶接を完成することを特徴とする、超音波溶接デバイス(5)の操作方法。 - 前記超音波ホーン(7)に対する前記押圧パッド(10)の距離を調整することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記超音波ホーン(7)によって、前記工具に固定された被加工材(4)に溶接される前記被加工材(1,2,3)をクランプすることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
