Description
本発明に係る無機黒色顔料のFe、Co及びAl含有量が前記範囲外の場合、黒色度(L*)が30より大きくなるため好ましくない。
より好ましくは、Feの含有割合は、黒色顔料中の全金属元素に対して10〜80モル%、更に好ましくは10〜50モル%であり、Coの含有割合は、黒色顔料中の全金属元素に対して3.0〜60モル%、更に好ましくは5.0〜50モル%であり、Alの含有割合は、黒色顔料中の全金属元素に対して3.0〜68モル%、更に好ましくは5〜65モル%である。
また、波長300〜2500nmにおける平均反射率で示される日射反射率は15%以上が好ましい。15%未満の場合には、赤外線反射性が十分とは言い難いものである。より好ましくは18%以上である。
また、波長300〜2500nmにおける平均透過率で示される日射透過率は10%以上が好ましい。
例えば、湿式方法は湿式分散した無機黒色顔料のスラリーに、Si、Al、Zr、Tiから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の可溶性化合物を、酸又はアルカリでpH調整しながら添加・混合して被覆する方法、乾式方法はヘンシェルミキサーなどの装置中で無機黒色顔料にSi、Al、Zr、Tiから選ばれる1種又は2種以上のカップリング剤などにより被覆処理する方法である。
本発明において最も重要な点は、本発明に係る無機黒色顔料は、有害元素を含有することなく、優れた赤外線反射性及び透過性を有するという事実である。
CoO、Al2O3、MgO及びFe2O3を、(CoO)x・(MgO)1−x・n[(FeyAl1―y)2O3](x=0.5、y=0.5、n=1)となるように計量、混合し、大気中、1100℃で2時間焼成した。得られた焼成品についてハンマーミルを用いて仕上げ粉砕して無機黒色顔料を得た。得られた無機黒色顔料は、一次平均粒子径(平均粒子径)が0.7μmであって、二次凝集径D99が5.9μmであり、結晶構造はスピネル型であった。
かさ密度を、JIS K 5101−12−1 静置法に記載の方法に従って測定したところ、0.40g/cm3であった。1インチ径のシリンダーに顔料20gを量り取り、1トン/cm2の圧力で圧縮したときの体積から算出した圧縮密度(1ton/cm2)は2.1g/cm3であった。粉体pHを、JIS K 5101−17−1(煮沸抽出法)に記載の方法に従って測定したところ、8.9であった。水分量を、カールフィッシャー水分装置(京都電子 MKC−510)を用いて測定したところ、0.13wt%であった。真比重を、JIS K 5101−11−1 ピクノメータ法に記載の方法に従って測定したところ、4.8g/cm3であった。吸油量を、JIS K 5101−13−1 あまに油法に記載の方法に従って測定したところ、30ml/100gであった。磁気特性のうち、外部磁場10KOeにおける飽和磁化値が10.9emu/gであった。
黒色顔料濃度が40%になるように2軸混練機を用いて黒色顔料と酢酸ビニル濃度15%のEVA樹脂とを混ぜてマスターバッチ化して、平均長径2.5mm、平均短径2.3mmのマスターバッチペレットを得た。
フィルム化はインフレ成膜機を用いて両外層の層厚が20μmのポリエチレン層、中間層は前記黒色顔料を40%含有するEVAマスターバッチを6%濃度に薄めて、全層厚が100μの農業フィルムを作成した。このフィルム全体での顔料の含有量は3.6%である。
種々の原料及び組成割合に変化させた以外は前記実施例1と同様にして無機黒色顔料を得た。
種々の原料及び組成割合に変化させた以外は前記実施例1と同様にして無機黒色顔料を得た。次いで、得られた無機黒色顔料を水中に湿式分散させ、70℃に保温した無機黒色顔料のスラリーに対し水ガラス1wt%を滴下しながら塩酸及び水酸化ナトリウムでpH7に調整し1時間維持した。その後、水洗・乾燥・粉砕処理した。
種々の原料、組成割合及び表面処理を変化させた以外は前記実施例3と同様にして無機黒色顔料を得た。
Claims (9)
- FeとCoとAlを含有し、更に、Mg、Ca、Sr、Ba、Ti、Zn、Sn、Zr、Si及びCuから選ばれる一種以上の金属元素を含有する複合酸化物からなる無機黒色顔料であって、該無機黒色顔料の結晶構造がスピネル型であり、一次平均粒子径が0.02〜2.0μmであり、且つ、二次粒子径のうちD99が0.08〜8.0μmであることを特徴とする無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1記載の無機黒色顔料において、可視光反射率が10%以下であり、且つ、日射反射率が15%以上である無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1記載の無機黒色顔料において、可視光透過率が10%以下であり、且つ、日射透過率が10%以上である無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料において、Coの含有割合が3.0〜50モル%である無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料において、Feの含有割合が10〜80モル%である無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料において、Alの含有割合が3.0〜68モル%である無機黒色顔料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料を塗料構成基材中に配合したことを特徴とする塗料。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料を用いて着色したことを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の無機黒色顔料を用いてフィルム状に成形してなることを特徴とする農業用マルチフィルム。
