Description
以下に、本願出願の当初の特許請求の範囲に記載された発明を付記する。
[1]複数の同中心回折構造を備えている回折光学パワー領域を備えており、中心点に近い回折構造への入射光の大割合は、そこから周囲に離間した回折構造への入射光よりも光学パワーに寄与するレンズシステム。
[2]前記複数の同中心回折構造は、前記鋸歯パターンを形成する一連の頂と隣接谷を備えており、各同中心回折構造は、鋸歯パターンの谷から隣接頂まで延びており、中心点に近い回折構造の頂と隣接谷との間の距離は、そこから周囲に離間した回折構造の頂と隣接谷との間の距離よりも大きい[1]のレンズシステム。
[3]前記鋸歯パターンに沿って形成された第一の電極層と、
前記第一の電極層に沿って形成された電気活性物質と、
前記電気活性物質に沿って形成され、前記第一の電極層に電気的に連結された第二の電極層と、
前記第一および第二の電極層の両端に電圧を印加するためのコントローラーとをさらに備えており、
前記コントローラーが前記第一および第二の電極層の両端に電圧を印加するとき、前記電気活性物質の屈折率が変更されて前記回折光学パワー領域の光学パワーを提供し、前記回折光学パワー領域の光学パワーに寄与する光の割合の差は、前記中心点に近い前記回折構造の前記頂と前記隣接谷の間の距離と、そこから離間した前記回折構造の前記頂と前記隣接谷の間の距離との差による[2]のレンズシステム。
[4]前記同中心回折構造は個別アドレサブル電極を備えており、前記回折光学パワー領域は、
複数の前記個別アドレサブル電極に電圧を印加するためのコントローラーと、
前記個別アドレサブル電極間に配置された電気活性物質とを備えており、前記コントローラーが前記複数の個別アドレサブル電極に電圧を印加するとき、前記電気活性物質の屈折率が変更されて前記回折光学パワー領域の光学パワーを提供し、前記回折光学パワー領域の光学パワーに寄与する光の割合の差は、中心点に近い回折構造の隣接個別アドレサブル電極間の前記電気活性物質の屈折率と、そこから離間した前記回折構造の隣接個別アドレサブル電極間の前記電気活性物質の屈折率との差による[1]のレンズシステム。
[5]前記個別アドレサブル電極が同中心湾曲電極を有する[4]のレンズシステム。
[6]前記個別アドレサブル電極がピクセルを有する[4]のレンズシステム。
[7]前記光学パワーに寄付される前記割合は、前記回折構造増加の径方向距離が中心点から増加するにつれて減少する[1]のレンズシステム。
[8]前記光学パワーに寄付される前記割合は、第一の径方向距離内において一定であり、第二のより大きい径方向距離内において減少する[7]のレンズシステム。
[9]前記割合が、ゼロから1までの範囲を有する関数によって縮小される[1]のレンズシステム。
[10]前記割合が、前記回折光学パワー領域の周囲縁においてほぼ0である[1]のレンズシステム。
[11]前記割合が、区分的関数によって近似される[1]のレンズシステム。
[12]前記光学パワーが一定である[1]のレンズシステム。
[13]前記光学パワーが累進である[1]のレンズシステム。
[14]前記回折光学パワー領域が剪定される[1]のレンズシステム。
Claims (16)
- 鋸歯パターンを形成する一連の頂と隣接谷を備えている複数の同中心表面浮彫回折構造を備えている回折光学パワー領域を備えており、各同中心表面浮彫回折構造は、鋸歯パターンの谷から隣接頂まで延びており、中心点に近い第一の頂と第一の隣接谷との間の距離は、前記中心点から離間した第二の頂と第二の隣接谷との間の距離よりも大きく、
前記回折光学パワー領域は、特定の波長λの光を焦点距離fに集中させるための複数の同中心表面浮彫回折構造を備えている第一の領域を有しており、前記第一の領域のn番目の同中心表面浮彫回折構造の中心点からの半径は(2nλf)1/2よりも大きい、レンズシステム。 - 前記回折光学パワー領域は、累進の減少光学パワーを提供する、請求項1のレンズシステム。
- 前記回折光学パワー領域は、複数の同中心表面浮彫回折構造を備えている第二の領域をさらに有しており、前記第二の領域のn番目の同中心表面浮彫回折構造のその中心点からの半径は(2nλf)1/2に等しい、請求項1のレンズシステム。
- 前記第二の領域は、一定の光学パワーを提供する、請求項3のレンズシステム。
- 前記第二の領域は、前記第一の領域の径方向内部に配置されている、請求項3のレンズシステム。
- 前記第一の領域の前記表面浮彫回折構造の少なくともいくつかの径方向幅は、他のひとつに等しい、請求項1のレンズシステム。
