Description
Claims (6)
- 煙道ガス流からイオウ酸化物と共に水銀を除去する湿式煙道ガス脱硫システムであって、前記システムは、
ボイラーから排出されるイオウ酸化物及び水銀を含有する煙道ガス流を直接受け取るように設定された脱硫反応容器;
水性脱硫液を、脱硫反応容器の水性脱硫液供給入口を通って、脱硫反応容器に供給するように設定された水性脱硫液供給手段;
脱硫反応容器の補給水入口;
脱硫反応容器の空気供給入口;
脱硫反応容器内に配置され、脱硫反応容器に水性脱硫液を供給して、煙道ガス流を前記水性脱硫液供給手段からの水性脱硫液と接触させて、煙道ガス流からイオウ酸化物と共に水銀を除去するように設定されたスプレー装置;及び
脱硫反応容器の補給水入口の上流で補給水に酸化剤を添加することによって、酸化剤を脱硫反応容器の水性脱硫液に供給するように設定された酸化剤供給手段であって、前記酸化剤は、水性脱硫液と混合され、水性脱硫液に吸収された酸化形水銀が元素状水銀に還元されることを防止するものである酸化剤供給手段
を含んでなり、前記水性脱硫液が、試薬としての石灰石もしくは石灰を含んでなるものであることを特徴とする、湿式煙道ガス脱硫システム。 - 酸化剤が過酸化水素(H2O2)であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 請求項1または2記載の湿式煙道ガス脱硫システムにおいて煙道ガス流からイオウ酸化物と共に水銀を除去する方法であって、前記方法は、
脱硫反応容器において、水性脱硫液を、イオウ酸化物及び水銀を含有する煙道ガス流と接触させること;及び
脱硫反応容器において、水性脱硫液に酸化剤を混合して、水性脱硫液に吸収された酸化形水銀が元素状水銀に還元されることを防止すること
を含んでなり、前記水性脱硫液が、試薬としての石灰石もしくは石灰を含んでなるものであることを特徴とする、水銀の除去法。 - 酸化剤が過酸化水素(H2O2)であることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- 請求項1または2記載の湿式煙道ガス脱硫システムにおいて煙道ガス流からイオウ酸化物と共に水銀を除去する方法であって、前記方法は、
脱硫反応容器において、水性脱硫液を、イオウ酸化物及び水銀を含有する煙道ガス流と接触させて、煙道ガス流からイオウ酸化物と共に水銀を除去すること;及び
脱硫反応容器において、水性脱硫液に酸化剤を混合して、水性脱硫液に吸収された酸化形水銀が元素状水銀に還元されることを防止すること
を含んでなり、前記水性脱硫液が、試薬としての石灰石もしくは石灰を含んでなるものであることを特徴とする、水銀の除去法。 - 酸化剤が過酸化水素(H2O2)であることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の方法。
