Description
(a) 金属粉末および/または金属合金粉末を混練機中で結合剤、必要であればさらなる成分、と混合し、
(b) この混合物を射出成形により成形して、少なくとも一つの表面に前記突起を有する未処理体を得、
(c) 前記未処理体の前記突起の先端に、当該未処理体の表面へ向かって段階的に大きくなると共にアンダカットを形成されることにより構成されるアンカ部を有するように、当該突起を変形し、
(d) このようにして得られた前記未処理体を化学的結合剤除去に付して、予備処理体を得、
(e) 化学的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を熱的結合剤除去に付し、
(f) 化学的結合剤除去と熱的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を焼結して、突起を表面に有する成形金属体を形成する、
方法により達成される。
(a) 金属粉末および/または金属合金粉末を混練機中で結合剤、必要であればさらなる成分、と混合し、
(b) この混合物を射出成形により成形して、少なくとも一つの表面に前記突起を有する未処理体を得、
(c) 前記未処理体を化学的結合剤除去に付して、予備処理体を得、
(d) 前記予備処理体の前記突起の先端に、当該予備処理体の表面へ向かって段階的に大きくなると共にアンダカットを形成されることにより構成されるアンカ部を有するように、当該突起を変形し、
(e) このようにして得られた前記予備処理体を熱的結合剤除去に付し、
(f) 化学的結合剤除去と熱的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を焼結して、突起を表面に有する成形金属体を形成する、
方法によっても達成される。

Claims (12)
- 突起を表面に有する成形金属体を製造する方法において、
(a) 合金の総重量に対し2〜10重量%のアルミニウムおよび2〜10重量%のバナジウムを含有するチタン合金とホウ素粉末とを混練機中で結合剤と混合し、
(b) この混合物を射出成形により成形して、少なくとも一つの表面に前記突起を有する未処理体を得、
(c) 前記未処理体の前記突起の先端に、当該未処理体の表面へ向かって段階的に大きくなると共にアンダカットを形成されることにより構成されるアンカ部を有するように、当該突起を変形し、
(d) このようにして得られた前記未処理体を化学的結合剤除去に付して、予備処理体を得、
(e) 化学的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を熱的結合剤除去に付し、
(f) 化学的結合剤除去と熱的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を焼結して、突起を表面に有する成形金属体を形成する、
方法。 - 突起を表面に有する成形金属体を製造する方法において、
(a) 合金の総重量に対し2〜10重量%のアルミニウムおよび2〜10重量%のバナジウムを含有するチタン合金とホウ素粉末とを混練機中で結合剤と混合し、
(b) この混合物を射出成形により成形して、少なくとも一つの表面に前記突起を有する未処理体を得、
(c) 前記未処理体を化学的結合剤除去に付して、予備処理体を得、
(d) 前記予備処理体の前記突起の先端に、当該予備処理体の表面へ向かって段階的に大きくなると共にアンダカットを形成されることにより構成されるアンカ部を有するように、当該突起を変形し、
(e) このようにして得られた前記予備処理体を熱的結合剤除去に付し、
(f) 化学的結合剤除去と熱的結合剤除去に付された前記予備処理体を焼結して、突起を表面に有する成形金属体を形成する、
方法。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に係る方法において、
前記結合剤は、ポリアミド、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリカーボネート、スチレン−アクリロニトリル共重合体、ポリイミド、天然ろうおよび油、熱硬化性樹脂、シアネート、ポリプロピレン、ポリアセテート、ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリスチレン、ポリメタクリル酸メチル、アニリン、鉱油、水、寒天、グリセロール、ポリビニルブチリル、ポリブチルメタクリレート、セルロース、オレイン酸、フタレート、パラフィンワックス、カルナウバろう、ポリアクリル酸アンモニウム、ステアリン酸およびオレイン酸ジグリセリド、グリセリルモノステアレート、イソプロピルチタネート、ステアリン酸リチウム、モノグリセリド、ホルムアルデヒド、リン酸オクチル、スルホン酸オレフィン、リン酸エステル、ステアリン酸、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
混合物中の前記結合剤の重量比率は60%未満である
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
前記射出成形は90〜180℃の溶融温度で行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
前記化学的結合剤除去はペンタン浴、ヘキサン浴またはヘプタン浴において行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
前記化学的結合剤除去は10〜65℃の温度で行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項7のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
前記熱的結合剤除去は2〜20ミリバール(200〜2000Pa)の圧力で行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項8のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
焼結は保護ガス雰囲気中で行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項9のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
焼結は減圧下で行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項10のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
前記未処理体または前記予備処理体の前記突起の前記変形は加熱された金型を用いて行われる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から請求項11のいずれか一項に係る方法において、
射出成形により成形された前記未処理体の前記突起が柱状構造をなしている
ことを特徴とする方法。
