- 一般式[1]:
で示される含フッ素α−ケトエステルと、一般式[2]:
で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[3]:
で示される光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを製造する方法。 - 一般式[4]:
で示される含フッ素α−ケトエステルと、一般式[5]:
で示される内部アルキンとを、光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性の遷移金属錯体の存在下に反応させることにより、一般式[6]:
で示される光学活性含フッ素オキセテンを製造する方法。 - 光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性の遷移金属錯体が、光学活性な配位子を有する2価カチオン性のパラジウム錯体であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
