静電分離装置などが好適な分級装置である。これらの装置を用いて、本発明の実施の形態に係る敷設用成形体用の竹成分が作製される。

Claims (5)
- 繊維長250μm以下の成分が80質量%以上で63〜250μmの長さ範囲の短繊維を10質量%以上含む竹粉末とプラスチックとを1:9〜8:2の重量比で含有する組成物を溶融成形して得られるストランド状成形体を溶融成形してなり、比重が1〜2の範囲であることを特徴とする敷設用成形体。
- 竹粉末のアスペクト比が5以上であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の敷設用成形体。
- プラスチックが使用済みの回収プラスチックであり、比重が1.0以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜2記載の敷設用成形体。
- 曲げ試験強度が20MPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の敷設用成形体。
- 表面抵抗率が1014Ω/□未満であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4記載の敷設用成形体。
