Description
すなわち、本発明によれば、顎骨に埋込可能な支柱部分と、この支柱部分に付設され代替歯部材を取り付け可能である上部構造部分とを備え、上部構造部分は一体成形された接触ピンを有し、該接触ピンは支柱部分に設けられた成形切欠き内へ嵌合結合により埋込可能であり、上部構造部分に一体成形された接触ピンの断面とこの接触ピンが埋め込まれる成形切欠きの断面とは、半径がそれぞれ相対的な最大値を取る複数の主方向をそれぞれ有し、断面の外側輪郭はどの点でもちょうど1つの接線を有するように選択されており、上部構造部分の接触ピンと支柱部分の成形切欠きとは円錐形に構成されている歯科インプラントにおいて、上部構造部分に一体成形された接触ピンの断面と、この接触ピンが埋め込まれる成形切欠きの断面とは、それぞれ、最大直径を有する主方向と最小直径を有する副方向とを有し、断面の輪郭はそれぞれ、最大直径に対する最小直径の比が少なくとも0.7かつ多くとも0.99であるように選択され、接触ピン(8)の円錐角および成形切欠き(10)の円錐角のうちの一方または両方は1°から15°の間にあり、成形切欠きに埋込まれた接触ピンが、接触ピンの断面の主方向と成形切欠きの断面の主方向とが重なっている位置から出発して90°ねじられる際に、支柱部分に対して上部構造部分がその長さ方向に移動することによって定められるストローク高さが少なくとも0.4mmとなることが提案される(請求項1)。
本発明の実施態様は次の通りである。
・上部構造部分は結合ねじを介して支柱部分に組み付けられている(請求項2)
・断面の外側輪郭は、どの任意の直線によっても最大でも2つの点で交差されるように選択されている(請求項3)。
・接触ピンの断面の輪郭および成形切欠きの断面の輪郭は、それぞれ、全ての主方向において同じ半径を与えられるように選択されている(請求項4)
・断面の外側輪郭は、それぞれ2つの主方向の間の領域では卵形セグメントに相当するように選択されている(請求項5)。
・上部構造部分に一体成形された接触ピンと支柱部分の成形切欠きとはそれぞれ卵形または三角卵形の断面を有している(請求項6)。
・上部構造部分に一体成形された接触ピンと支柱部分の成形切欠きとはそれぞれ楕円の断面を有している(請求項7)。
・最大直径に対する最小直径の比が好ましくは少なくとも0.8かつ多くとも0.94であるように選択されている(請求項8)。
・接触ピンの円錐角および/または成形切欠きの円錐角、従って接触ピンの円錐角および成形切欠きの円錐角のうちの一方または両方は、好ましくは5°から10°の間、特に好ましくは約6°である(請求項9)。
