Description
Claims (14)
- 鉄筋コンクリート構造物を備える型枠の埋込システムであって、
コンクリートスラブと、
上記コンクリートスラブを支持し、該コンクリートスラブ中を延在する少なくとも1つのコンクリート桁とを備え、
上記コンクリートスラブは、曲げモーメント及び剪断力の相対的な大きさに基づいて複数の区画に分割され、該複数の各区画は、複数の型枠埋込アセンブリを有し、上記複数の各区画の上記型枠埋込アセンブリの集中度が、上記曲げモーメントと上記コンクリートスラブの対応する区画内に存在する剪断力に対応し、これにより上記型枠埋込アセンブリの集中度が大きい区画と、上記型枠埋込アセンブリの集中度が小さい区画とを含む少なくとも2つの種類の区画を形成し、上記少なくとも1つのコンクリート桁が、上記集中度が小さい型枠埋込アセンブリが配置された上記複数の区画の少なくとも1つを支持し、上記各型枠埋込アセンブリが、再生材を含み、上記コンクリートスラブ内に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする型枠の埋込システム。 - 上記鉄筋コンクリート構造物は、現場打設であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記鉄筋コンクリート構造物の少なくとも一部は、プレキャストであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- コンクリートの流し込み中に、上記各型枠埋込アセンブリをその対応する骨組構造物に保持する複数の固定具を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、キャップされたプラスチックボトルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、球状に丸められたビニール袋であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、圧砕されたプラスチックボトルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、千鳥状に配列された、キャップされたプラスチックボトルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、積み重ねられた、キャップされたプラスチックボトルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記鉄筋コンクリート構造物は、鉄筋コンクリートと構造用鋼材の組合せからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 各骨組構造は、普通鉄筋を有することを特徴する請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 各骨組構造物は、高強度プレストレスケーブルを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 各骨組構造物は、普通鉄筋と高強度プレストレスケーブルの組合せからなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
- 上記再生材は、プラスチックに封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型枠の埋込システム。
