Claims (8)
- 圧縮空気が供給される1次側ポート、および圧縮空気を吐出する2次側ポートが形成されたポートブロックと、
前記ポートブロックに設けられた雄ねじ部にねじ結合される雌ねじ部が開口端部の内側に設けられ円筒形状の捕集容器と、
前記捕集容器の開口端部の外側に前記捕集容器の軸方向に移動自在に装着される環状ロック部材と、
前記環状ロック部材の内側に設けられ、前記環状ロック部材を軸方向に前記ポートブロックに向けて押圧する付勢部材と、
前記環状ロック部材に設けられ、前記雌ねじ部と前記雄ねじ部との締結完了位置まで前記捕集容器を回転させたときに前記ポートブロック側の固定側係合部に係合する可動側係合部とを有することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。 - 請求項1記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、前記可動側係合部を前記環状ロック部材の端面から軸方向に突出する突起部により形成し、前記可動側係合部が係合する固定側係合部を前記ポートブロックに形成することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
- 請求項1記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、前記可動側係合部を前記環状ロック部材の端面から軸方向に切り欠かれる凹部により形成し、前記可動側係合部が係合する固定側係合部を前記ポートブロックに形成することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
- 請求項2または3記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、前記可動側係合部を前記環状ロック部材に円周方向に180度隔てて2つ設け、前記可動側係合部が係合する固定側係合部を前記ポートブロックに形成することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
- 請求項1記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、
前記環状ロック部材の内周面に前記ポートブロックに向けて径方向内方に傾斜して設けられた傾斜先端が径方向に変位するように弾性変形する舌片と、前記捕集容器の外周面に前記捕集容器の底部に向けて径方向外方に傾斜して設けられ、前記舌片が接触する傾斜面とにより前記付勢部材を形成することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。 - 請求項1記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、前記雄ねじ部と前記雌ねじ部はそれぞれ多条ねじであることを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、前記1次側ポートから前記2次側ポートに流れる空気に含まれる異物を除去するフィルタエレメントを前記ポートブロックに装着し、前記2次側ポートから流出する空気を清浄化することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の調質機器の容器着脱装置において、
前記雄ねじ部にねじ結合される付加的雌ねじ部が一端部に設けられ、前記雌ねじ部がねじ結合される付加的雄ねじ部が他端部に設けられた円筒体と、
前記円筒体の一端部の外側に軸方向に移動自在に装着される付加的環状ロック部材と、
前記付加的環状ロック部材の内側に設けられ前記付加的環状ロック部材を前記円筒体の軸方向に向けて押圧する付加的付勢部材と、
前記円筒体に設けられたフランジに形成され、前記可動側係合部が係合する固定側係合部とを備えるアダプタを有し、
前記捕集容器を前記アダプタにより前記ポートブロックに連結することを特徴とする調質機器の容器着脱装置。
