・タイヤの2つのビードを互いに連結する補強要素(一般に、テキスタイル)で形成された半径方向カーカス補強材、
・本質的に、各々がタイヤの周方向と約30°の角度をなす補強要素(一般に、金属)から成る2つのクロス掛けされたクラウン三角形構造形成層(又はプライ)、
・本質的に、タイヤの周方向にほぼ平行な補強要素、(0°補強要素と呼ばれる場合が多い)から成るクラウンベルトを有し、但し、一般に、補強要素は、周方向とゼロではない角度、例えば0°〜10°の角度をなしている。
・タイヤの2つのビードを互いに連結する補強要素で形成された半径方向カーカス補強材と、
・本質的に、タイヤの周方向に平行な補強要素から成るクラウンベルトと、
・本質的に、タイヤの周方向と10°〜80°の角度をなす補強要素から成るクラウン三角形構造形成層とから成り、三角形構造形成層の補強要素は、平べったくなった断面を有することを特徴とするタイヤを提案することによって達成される。
Claims (12)
- クラウン補強材が3つの別々の要素から成る乗用車用タイヤであって、前記3つの別々の要素は、
・前記タイヤの2つのビードを互いに連結する補強要素で形成された半径方向カーカス補強材と、
・本質的に、前記タイヤの周方向に平行な補強要素から成るクラウンベルトと、
・本質的に、前記タイヤの周方向に並べられ且つ前記タイヤの周方向と10°〜80°の角度をなして延びる複数の補強要素から成るクラウン三角形構造形成層とから成り、前記三角形構造形成層の前記複数の補強要素の各々は、平べったくなった断面を有し、
前記三角形構造形成層の平べったくされた断面の前記複数の補強要素は、多軸延伸を受けた熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムで作られている、タイヤ。 - 前記熱可塑性ポリマーフィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムである、請求項1記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン三角形構造形成層は、前記クラウンベルトの半径方向外側に位置している、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウン三角形構造形成層は、前記クラウンベルトの半径方向内側に位置している、請求項1又は請求項2のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウンベルトの前記補強要素の引張り弾性率は、25GPaを超える、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記クラウンベルトの前記補強要素中にはスチール又はアラミドが入っている、請求項5記載のタイヤ。
- 前記三角形構造形成層の平べったくされた断面の前記補強要素の引張り弾性率は、1GPaを超える、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記三角形構造形成層の平べったくされた断面の2つの補強要素相互間の間隔は、前記補強要素の幅の半分の合計よりも大きく、前記間隔は、前記補強要素を横断する方向に測定される、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記三角形構造形成層の平べったくされた断面の2つの補強要素相互間の間隔は、前記補強要素の幅の半分の合計よりも小さく、前記間隔は、前記補強要素を横断する方向に測定される、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記間隔は、前記補強要素の幅の半分の合計よりも、前記補強要素の最大厚さの少なくとも4倍に等しい値(“R”)だけ小さい、請求項9記載のタイヤ。
- 前記三角形構造形成層の平べったくされた断面の前記補強要素の幅は、前記補強要素の最大厚さの少なくとも5倍に等しく、好ましくは、前記補強要素の最大厚さの少なくとも20倍に等しい、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
- 前記三角形構造形成層は、本質的に、前記タイヤの周方向と25°〜60°の角度をなす補強要素から成る、請求項1〜11のうちいずれか一に記載のタイヤ。
