Claims (9)
- 液晶表示パネルを有する表示装置のバックライトアセンブリであって、
光源で発生した光を面光源として出射する導光板と、
前記導光板上部に配置される光学シートと、
前記導光板下部に配置される反射シートと、を備え、
前記導光板は、
前記光源で発生した光が入射され、凸パターンを含む入射面と、
前記入射された光が出射され、第1プリズムパターンが全面に形成される出射面と、
前記出射面に対向する出射対向面と、を有し、
前記出射対向面は、前記入射面と隣接した一部領域である入射領域と、前記入射領域と連結された転換領域とからなり、
前記入射領域には前記第1プリズムパターンと対称形状の第2プリズムパターンが形成され、
前記転換領域には前記入射された光を前記出射面に方向を転換させるために、V字形態の凹部として形成され、前記入射面から遠くなるほど前記V字の高さを高く形成し、前記V字のピッチは前記液晶表示パネルに備わった画素のサイズと同一に形成される方向転換パターンが形成されることを特徴とするバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記出射対向面は前記方向転換パターン間に形成される連結部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記連結部は水平面を基準として0.1°〜1.0°傾いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記出射対向面は前記反射シート方向に突出されて形成されるグルーヴパターンを含み、前記連結部は水平面を基準として前記グルーヴパターンの高さほど離隔されて形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記導光板は0.5mm〜1.5mmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光学シートは2枚で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光学シートは、
前記光の方向を変化させるプリズムシートと、
前記プリズムシートの流動を防止する保護シートと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。 - 前記光学シートは1枚で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
- 前記光学シートの上面はラウンド形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバックライトアセンブリ。
