Claims (3)
- 光センサに当たる予め規定された波長範囲内の光を検出する少なくとも1つ波長選択型の光検出器と、
前記光検出器上に光を投射するレンズと、
前記光センサの視野を規定する開口と、
を有する光センサであって、
前記レンズは、第1及び第2の焦点面を有しており、
前記光検出器及び前記開口は、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2の焦点面に配されており、
前記開口の大きさ、形状又は位置が制御可能であって、
前記開口はリング形であり、
前記リングの直径又は幅が制御可能であることを特徴とする光センサ。 - 予め規定されている波長の範囲において光を検出する少なくとも1つの波長選択型の光検出器を設けるステップと、
前記光検出器上へ前記光を投射するレンズを設けるステップと、
前記光検出器の視野を規定する開口を設けるステップと、
を有する光を測定する方法であって、
前記光検出器及び前記開口を、それぞれ、前記レンズの第1及び第2の焦点面に位置決めするステップ、
を有し、
前記開口はリング形であり、前記リングの直径又は幅を制御するステップを更に有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記光検出器に当たる光のスペクトルの走査を可能にするために前記開口の、形状、大きさ又は前記レンズの光軸に対して垂直な平面内の位置を調整するステップを更に有する請求項2に記載の光を測定する方法。
