Claims (6)
- 被塗布物に液体を放出するノズルと、
前記ノズルと対向するように配置され、前記被塗布物を支持する対向電極と、
前記ノズルと前記対向電極との間に電圧を印加する電源と、
前記ノズルを選択的に接地するスイッチと、を備え、
前記スイッチは、前記ノズルを接地していないときは、前記ノズルと前記電源とを接続し、前記ノズルを接地するときは、前記ノズルと前記電源との接続を遮断する、静電塗布装置。 - 前記電源より電力を供給されることにより前記ノズルに前記液体を供給する液体供給部をさらに備え、
前記スイッチは、前記ノズルを接地していないときは、前記液体供給部と前記電源とを接続し、前記ノズルを接地するときは、前記液体供給部と前記電源との接続を遮断する、請求項1に記載の静電塗布装置。 - 被塗布物に液体を放出するノズルと、前記ノズルと対向するように配置され、前記被塗布物を支持する対向電極との間に電圧を印加する電源と、
前記ノズルを選択的に接地するスイッチと、を備え、
前記スイッチは、前記ノズルを接地していないときは、前記ノズルと前記電源とを接続し、前記ノズルを接地するときは、前記ノズルと前記電源との接続を遮断する、静電塗布装置用電源装置。 - 前記電源は、前記ノズルに前記液体を供給する液体供給部に電力を供給し、
前記スイッチは、前記ノズルを接地していないときは、前記液体供給部と前記電源とを接続し、前記ノズルを接地するときは、前記液体供給部と前記電源との接続を遮断する、請求項3に記載の静電塗布装置用電源装置。 - 被塗布物に液体を放出するノズルと、前記ノズルと対向するように配置され、前記被塗布物を支持する対向電極との間に電源からの電圧を印加する第1工程と、
スイッチにより、前記ノズルを接地する第2工程と、を含み、
前記第1工程では、前記スイッチにより、前記ノズルを接地せずに、前記ノズルと前記電源とを接続し、
前記第2工程では、前記スイッチにより、前記ノズルを接地し、前記ノズルと前記電源との接続を遮断する、静電塗布方法。 - 前記第1工程では、前記電源からの電力を液体供給部に供給することにより、前記液体供給部に前記液体を前記ノズルに供給させ、前記スイッチにより、前記ノズルを接地せずに、前記液体供給部と前記電源とを接続し、
前記第2工程では、前記スイッチにより、前記ノズルを接地し、前記液体供給部と前記電源との接続を遮断する、請求項5に記載の静電塗布方法。
