Description
[2](A)下記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物と、(C)下記一般式(4)で表されるアミン化合物とからなり、(A)/(C)の重量比が95/5〜5/95の範囲である軟質ポリウレタンフォーム又は半硬質ポリウレタンフォーム製造用の触媒組成物。
[3](A)上記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物、(B)上記一般式(2)及び/又は上記一般式(3)で表されるアミン化合物、並びに(C)上記一般式(4)で表されるアミン化合物とからなり、(A)/{(B)及び(C)}の重量比が95/5〜5/95の範囲であることを特徴とする上記[1]又は[2]に記載の軟質ポリウレタンフォーム又は半硬質ポリウレタンフォーム製造用の触媒組成物。
ii):(A)上記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物と、(C)上記一般式(4)で表されるアミン化合物との組成物、並びに
iii):(A)上記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物と、(B)上記一般式(2)及び/又は一般式(3)で表されるアミン化合物と、(C)上記一般式(4)で表されるアミン化合物との組成物。
本発明の触媒組成物及び比較例の触媒組成物を用い軟質高弾性ポリウレタンフォームを製造した例を示す。
クリームタイム:フォームが上昇開始する時間を目視にて測定した.
ゲルタイム:反応が進行し液状物質より、樹脂状物質に変わる時間を測定した.
ライズタイム:フォームの上昇が停止する時間を目視にて測定した。
本発明の触媒組成物及び比較例の触媒組成物を用い軟質スラブポリウレタンフォームを製造した例を示す。
クリームタイム:フォームが上昇開始する時間を目視にて測定した.
ライズタイム:フォームの上昇が停止する時間を目視にて測定した。
Claims (5)
- (A)下記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物と、(B)2−(2−アミノエチル)アミノエタノール、2−[2−(2−アミノ−エチルアミノ)−エチルアミノ]−エタノール、2−(3−アミノプロピル)アミノエタノール、2−(6−アミノヘキシル)アミノエタノール、ジエチレントリアミン、トリエチレンテトラミン、テトラエチレンペンタミン、ペンタエチレンヘキサミン、ピペラジン、N−(2−アミノエチル)ピペラジン、N,N’−ジ−(2−アミノエチル)ピペラジン、2−(2−アミノエチル)アミノエチルピペラジン、ペンタンジアミン、ヘキサンジアミン、3,3’−ジアミノジプロピルアミン、及び6,6’−ジアミノジヘキシルアミンからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上のアミン化合物を含有し、(A)/(B)の重量比が90/10〜10/90の範囲である軟質ポリウレタンフォーム又は半硬質ポリウレタンフォーム製造用の触媒組成物。
- (A)上記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物が、1,1,4,7,7−ペンタメチルジエチレントリアミンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒組成物。
- アミン化合物(B)が、トリエチレンテトラミン、テトラエチレンペンタミン、及びペンタエチレンヘキサミンからなる群より選ばれる1種又は2種以上のアミン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の触媒組成物。
- 更にトリエチレンジアミンを含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の触媒組成物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の触媒組成物の存在下、ポリオールと有機ポリイソシアネートとを反応させることを特徴とする軟質ポリウレタンフォーム又は半硬質ポリウレタンフォームの製造法。
