Claims (5)
- ビッカース硬度が100Hv以上の銅または銅合金からなる導電部材本体部と、
前記導電部材本体部の端面に形成されたアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなる皮膜層と、
を備え、前記皮膜層は、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の粉末材料を該粉末材料の融点より低い温度に加熱されたガスと共に加速し、前記導電部材本体部の端面に固相状態のままで吹き付けて堆積させた導電部材であって、
前記皮膜層を形成した前記導電部材本体部を、孔部を有する固定台に載置し、前記孔部より前記皮膜層を露出させ、前記孔部より露出した前記皮膜層に接着剤によりアルミピンを接着し、前記アルミピンを鉛直方向下方から引っ張る簡易引張試験法により測定した前記導電部材本体部と前記皮膜層との間の密着強度は38MPa以上であることを特徴とする導電部材。 - 前記導電部材本体部は矩形柱をなし、前記皮膜層は前記矩形柱の上底面のいずれか一方に形成され、電池用電極端子として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- アルミニウム製ブスバーを介し、他の電池の正極端子と接続される電池用負極端子として用いられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電部材。
- ビッカース硬度が100Hv以上の銅または銅合金からなる導電部材本体部の端面に、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金の粉末材料を、該粉末材料の融点より低い温度に加熱されたガスと共に加速し、前記導電部材本体部の端面に固相状態のままで吹き付けて堆積させて皮膜層を形成する工程を含むことを特徴とする導電部材の製造方法。
- 前記皮膜層の形成後、前記導電性部材本体部のビッカース硬度を60〜80Hvとするアニール処理工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導電部材の製造方法。
