Claims (8)
- リチウムイオン電池の負極集電体の素材として用いられるクラッド材であって、
ニッケル基金属で形成されたニッケル基金属層の両面に銅層が圧接かつ拡散接合され、前記ニッケル基金属が純NiあるいはNiを90mass%以上含むニッケル基合金で形成され、前記ニッケル基金属層の厚さtnとクラッド材の全厚tcとの比tn/tcが0.5以上とされた、リチウムイオン電池の負極集電体用クラッド材。 - 前記一方の銅層の厚さをt1、他方の銅層の厚さをt2とし、t2≧t1とするとき、t1/t2が0.9〜1とされ、前記tn/tcが0.8以下とされた、請求項1に記載したクラッド材。
- 前記ニッケル基金属はNbを6.0mass%以下含み、残部がNi及び不可避的不純物で形成されたNiNb合金である、請求項1又は2に記載したクラッド材。
- 前記クラッド材の全厚が20μm 以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載したクラッド材。
- リチウムイオン電池の負極集電体であって、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載したクラッド材を素材として加工された、リチウムイオン電池の負極集電体。
- 請求項1に記載したクラッド材の製造方法であって、
前記ニッケル基金属層の元になるニッケル基金属で形成されたニッケル基金属板の両側に銅層の元になる銅板を重ね合わせ、その重ね合わせ材をロールに通して圧接し、拡散焼鈍を施した後、その圧接材に冷間圧延を施す工程を備え、
前記ニッケル基金属として純NiあるいはNiを90mass%以上含むニッケル基合金を用い、前記ニッケル基金属板の板厚Tnと重ね合わせ材の全板厚Tcとの比Tn/Tcを0.5以上とする、リチウムイオン電池の負極集電体用クラッド材の製造方法。 - 前記一方の銅板の板厚をT1、他方の銅板の板厚をT2とし、T2≧T1とするとき、T1/T2を0.9〜1とし、前記Tn/Tcを0.8以下とする、請求項6に記載したクラッド材の製造方法。
- 前記ニッケル基金属として、Nbを6.0mass%以下含み、残部がNi及び不可避的不純物で形成されたNiNb合金を用いる、請求項6又は7に記載したクラッド材の製造方法。
