Claims (5)
- 夫々電線を介して外部接続される複数のメス端子が配置されたメスコネクタと、複数の積層整列されたセルからなるセルユニットに組み付けられて前記各セルより突出する板状端子が配置されたオスコネクタとを有し、前記メスコネクタと前記オスコネクタがかん合することで、前記メス端子と前記板状端子が接続するセル電圧検出コネクタであって、
前記オスコネクタは、前記板状端子を変形させてセル同士の積層による積み上げ公差を矯正する矯正手段を具備し、
前記矯正手段は、
前記複数の板状端子をそれぞれ挿通する複数の挿通孔と、
それぞれの前記挿通孔から前記板状端子が挿入される側に向かって拡径するように形成されるガイド部と、を具備し、
前記板状端子は、前記複数のセルの積み上げ方向に沿った方向に幅広面が向くように設けられ、且つ積み上げ方向に沿って座屈を伴って変形可能となる屈曲可能部を具備することを特徴とするセル電圧検出コネクタ。 - 前記屈曲可能部は、前記板状端子の幅広面に形成された四角形の穴からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセル電圧検出コネクタ。
- 前記屈曲可能部は、前記穴の幅方向の両サイドに、けがき部を具備することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセル電圧検出コネクタ。
- 前記メスコネクタと前記オスコネクタは、それぞれ所定の極数からなるユニットに分割された複数のインナコネクタと、前記複数のインナコネクタを収容するホルダからなり、 前記矯正手段は、分割された前記オスコネクタの各インナコネクタに備わることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載のセル電圧検出コネクタ。
- 前記オスコネクタと前記メスコネクタは、分割されたユニット単位でかん合の位置決めを行う調芯手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のセル電圧検出コネクタ。
