Description
Claims (3)
- エンジンバルブを開閉するバルブトレインのタペット製造方法において、
タペット加工品を作業台12上に載置して固定し、制御装置14を通じて移送装置11を制御してレーザ発振装置10をタペット加工品のカム接触面に潤滑溝のパターンを加工し得る適切な位置に配置する第1のステップ(S1)、
前記制御装置14に予め入力して設定した移送速度でタペットのカム接触面に潤滑溝の加工位置に配置されたレーザ発振装置10を予め設定した出力とパルスでレーザを照射しながら移動することでタペットのカム接触面に予め入力したパターンの潤滑溝を加工する第2のステップ(S2)、
前記第2のステップにおける加工の完了したタペットのカム接触面に生成されたバリを除去する第5のステップ(S5)、を含み、
前記第2のステップにおいて、潤滑溝の加工は、加工される潤滑溝が予め設定した深さとパターンを有するように、レーザ照射を繰り返して行うことを特徴とするエンジンバルブトレイン用タペットの製造方法。 - 前記レーザ発振装置10の移動速度は、レーザを照射せずに移動する時の移動速度と同じであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジンバルブトレイン用タペットの製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の製造方法によって製造されるエンジンバルブトレイン用タペット。
