Claims (6)
- 周速が80m/sよりも低い雄型ローター(2)を有するドライスクリューコンプレッサー(1)であって、該コンプレッサー(1)は、
− 取り込まれるガス状流体のための入口(10)及び圧縮流体のための少なくとも1つの出口(11)を有するケーシング体(4)と、
− ともに噛合される少なくとも1つの雄型ローター(2)及び少なくとも1つの雌型ローター(3)であって、前記ローター(2,3)が前記ケーシング体(4)の内部に配置される、少なくとも1つの雄型ローター(2)及び少なくとも1つの雌型ローター(3)と、
を含み、
前記雄型ローター(2)の長さ(Lm)及び外径の間の比率は、2以上であり、
前記雄型ローター(2)の巻き角(φ)は、300°以下であり、
1バールから3バールの間の低差圧力及び/または真空を与えた下で最大150ミリバールの絶対圧力によって規定される低操作圧力を有することを特徴とするコンプレッサー。 - 駆動シャフトは、前記雌型ローター(3)がキー止めされるシャフト(17)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンプレッサー。
- 第1回転軸(O1)回りの前記雌型ローター(3)の回転を始動させるために、前記雌型ローター(3)の前記シャフト(17)に操作的に作用する電気モーター(16)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコンプレッサー。
- 前記電気モーター(16)のローターは、前記雌型ローター(3)の前記シャフト(17)にキー止めされることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンプレッサー。
- 前記電気モーター(16)は、永久磁石モーターであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のコンプレッサー。
- 前記出口(11)は、前記ケーシング体(4)に形成される開口部(12)を規定し、前記開口部(12)の実際のサイズは、所定圧縮比(R)を得るために、付形手段を用いて可変であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコンプレッサー。
