Description
−前記圧縮機の主ロータが約150゜〜250゜の範囲の巻き角を有している;
−前記圧縮機のロータのプロフィル部分の長さが、0.9〜1.3の、ロータの軸距に対する比を有している;
−中間プレートがケーシングのロータ部分内に配置されている;
−搬送期内の付加的な開口、つまりエコノマイザポートが、作業チャンバへの接続を有している;

Claims (4)
- 油注入式のねじ圧縮機であって、2つのロータ、つまり4つ、5つまたは6つの歯を備えた、凸面状の歯面を有する主ロータと、6つまたは7つの歯を備えた副ロータとが設けられており、主ロータが駆動軸端部を有しており、両ロータが複数のケーシング部分、つまり吸込みケーシング部分と、ロータケーシング部分と、吐出しケーシングとにより包囲され、前記吸込みケーシング部分が少なくとも吸込み通路の部分と、ロータ対の歯溝内への作業媒体の進入のための入口窓の部分とを有しており、前記ロータケーシング部分がロータのプロフィル付けされた部分を少なくとも部分的に包囲し、前記吐出しケーシングが、ロータの回転の結果としてロータ対の歯溝からガスを押出すための少なくとも1つの出口窓ならびに出口通路を有している形式のものにおいて、
軸受負荷を決定する、ロータ長さとロータの軸距との比が、両ロータのプロフィル部分の短縮により小さくされており、吸込み側で、前記ロータ対の歯溝により形成される作業チャンバに隣接して、中間プレートが、ロータケーシング部分内に固定的に配置されており、吸込み通路の部分を包含し、ロータ対の端面を非接触にシールし、かつロータ短縮により生じるスペースを充填している
ことを特徴とする、ねじ圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機の主ロータが約150゜〜250゜の範囲の巻き角を有している、請求項1記載のねじ圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮機のロータのプロフィル部分の長さが、0.9〜1.3の、ロータの軸距に対する比を有している、請求項1記載のねじ圧縮機。
- 搬送期内の付加的な開口(8)、つまりエコノマイザポートが、前記作業チャンバへの接続を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のねじ圧縮機。
