Abstract
【解決手段】 互いに噛み合って回転するとともに、外径が異なる一対のロータ1、2を有するスクリュー圧縮機において、大径ロータ1の軸と小径ロータ2の軸との間の軸間ピッチCを、大径ロータ1の外径Aより長く、小径ロータ2の外径Bより短くする。さらに、大径ロータ1の外径Aに対する軸方向長さの比を1以下とし、小径ロータ2の外径Bに対する軸方向長さの比を1以上とする。

Description
なお、上記実施形態では、大径ロータをオスロータとし、小径ロータをメスロータとしたが、これに限らず、大径ロータをメスロータとし、小径ロータをオスロータとしてもよい。この場合にも、ロータ間における気体漏れを抑制しつつ、各ロータでのアンダーカットの発生を抑制できる。
Claims (4)
- 互いに噛み合って回転するとともに、外径が異なる一対のロータ(1、2)を有するスクリュー圧縮機であって、大径ロータ(1)の軸と小径ロータ(2)の軸との間の軸間ピッチ(C)が、前記大径ロータ(1)の外径(A)より短く、前記小径ロータ(2)の外径(B)より長くなっていることを特徴とするスクリュー圧縮機。
- 前記大径ロータ(1)は、外径(A)に対する軸方向長さの比が1以下であり、前記小径ロータ(2)は、外径(B)に対する軸方向長さの比が1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
- 前記大径ロータ(1)が駆動側ロータであり、前記小径ロータ(1)が従動側ロータであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
- 前記駆動側ロータがオスロータであり、前記従動側ロータがメスロータであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスクリュー圧縮機。
