Claims (14)
- 窓ガラス表面の少なくとも一部分を覆って広がる導電性のコーティング(8)を備えており、導電性のコーティング(8)が、少なくとも2つの帯状のバスバー(11、12)に電気的に接続され、供給電圧が加えられたときに電流がバスバー(11、12)の間に形成される加熱場(23)を流れる、透明な窓ガラス(1)であって、
導電性のコーティング(8)が、100超〜400ボルトの範囲の供給電圧が加えられたときに300〜1000ワット/m2の範囲の加熱出力が加熱場(23)によって発せられるような電気抵抗を有しており、
各々のバスバー(11、12)が、
少なくとも一部分において5mm未満の最大幅を有し、10ワット/mの最大加熱出力が発せられる幅に寸法付けられており、
2〜4μΩ・cmの範囲の比抵抗を有し、導電性のコーティング(8)が、100超〜200オーム/スクエアの範囲の単位面積当たりの電気抵抗を有していることを特徴とする、透明な窓ガラス。 - バスバー(11、12)の各々が、少なくとも一部分において、1〜5mm未満の範囲の幅を有する、請求項1に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- バスバー(11、12)の各々が、0.15〜4オーム/mの範囲の単位長さ当たりの電気抵抗を有する、請求項1または2に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 導電性のコーティング(8)が、加熱場(23)を通って流れる電流が5Aという最大の大きさを有するような電気抵抗を有している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- バスバー(11、12)に、接続導体(15)によって共通の接続領域(19)において電気的に接触することができる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 加熱場(23)が、コーティングの存在しない1つまたは複数の領域(20)によって、互いに電気的に隔てられた複数の部分(21)へと分割され、部分(21)が、バスバー(11、12)によって互いに直列に接続されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 加熱場(23)が、コーティングの存在しない1つまたは複数の領域(20)によって、互いに直列に電気的につながった複数の部分(21)へと分割され、バスバー(11、12)間の電流の経路が、コーティングの存在しない領域(20)が存在しない場合の電流の経路と比べて延長されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- バスバー(11、12)が、金属の印刷ペーストを導電性のコーティング(8)へと印刷することによって形成されている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- バスバー(11、12)が、導電性のコーティング(8)へと接続されるあらかじめ製作された金属帯の形態で製造され、帯が、導電性の接着剤によって導電性のコーティング(8)へと貼り付けられる、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 熱可塑性の接着剤の層(4)によって互いに貼り合わせられた2枚の個別の窓ガラス(2、3)を有する複合窓ガラスとして実現され、加熱可能なコーティング(8)が、個別の窓ガラス(2、3)の少なくとも1つの表面および/または個別の窓ガラス(2、3)の間に配置される担体の1つの表面に位置する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 自動車のフロントガラスとして実現され、窓ガラスの下縁(5)に配置されたバスバー(12)が、窓ガラスを拭うために設けられたフロントガラス用ワイパーの休止または停止位置の下方に位置する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 自動車のフロントガラスとして実現され、バスバー(11、12)が、窓ガラスの側縁(5)に配置されている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- バスバー(11、12)が、少なくとも1つの不透明なカバー要素(13)によって覆われている、請求項12に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の透明な窓ガラス(1)を、自動車においてフロントガラス、後部窓、横窓および/またはガラス屋根として使用する、透明な窓ガラスの使用方法。
