Abstract
【解決手段】掃気通路4が、クランク室9に沿って延在する部分(クランク室側部分4a)と、シリンダ10に沿って延在する部分(シリンダ側部分4b)とを有し、かつ、シリンダ10の直径と行程の和よりも長くなるように構成され、掃気通路4内に先導空気を導入するための外気導入路11が、掃気通路4の中間部位に接続され、ピストン8が上死点付近にあるときに掃気ポート7をクランク室9側に開口させる切欠8aがピストン8に形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 掃気通路が、クランク室に沿って延在する部分と、シリンダに沿って延在する部分とを有し、かつ、シリンダの直径と行程の和よりも長くなるように構成され、
前記掃気通路内に先導空気を導入するための外気導入路が、前記掃気通路の中間部位に接続され、
ピストンが上死点付近にあるときに掃気ポートをクランク室側に開口させる切欠又は穴がピストンに形成されていることを特徴とする層状掃気2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記外気導入路が、掃気通路の、シリンダに沿って延在する部分の、最もクランク室側開口部に近い位置に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状掃気2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記掃気通路のクランク室側開口部が、クランクウェイトの外周面が通過する軌道に最も近い位置において開口しており、前記クランクウェイトが、前記掃気通路のクランク室側部分内へ先導空気が流入する際の抵抗となるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の層状掃気2サイクルエンジン。
