Description
普通の運搬船で海洋構造物を設置する場合、うねり、海流および風の影響によって著しく妨害される。
開口船尾およびフロアの後縁を超えて後部に伸びる側壁に突起部を備えたU形横断面を有する船体と、
前記船舶底部より下の位置で底端を垂直方向に移動可能となるように船体に組み込まれた甲板昇降式支柱を備える甲板昇降式支柱システムと、
少なくとも一つの側壁の上端で移動可能なクレーンを備える。
一実施態様によれば、船舶は、船用プロペラ駆動装置および前後の操縦支援を有する。
一実施態様によれば、船舶は、船用プロペラ・ドライブおよび前後の操縦支援を有する。
船舶が甲板昇降式脚柱で固定される前に、船首姿勢制御に関連した船用プロペラ駆動装置は、船舶が設置部位および港に正確に位置決めされることを可能にする。あるいは、船舶の推進システムは、船舶が正確に操縦可能な方向舵プロペラを備えることができる。
前記船舶に海洋構造物を船積みし、
船積みした前記船舶を海洋構造物の設置部位に航行し、
前記甲板昇降式脚柱を利用して設置部位の海底に船舶を固定し、
前記設置部位で側壁の後方突起部の間から海洋構造物をクレーンによって下ろし、
前記甲板昇降式脚柱を海底から持ち上げる。
Claims (24)
- 海洋構造物の運搬および設置用船舶であって、
開口船尾(12)およびフロア(3)の後縁(8)を超えて後部に伸びる側壁(4.1、4.2)に突起部(9.1、9.2)を備えたU形横断面を有する船体(2)と、
前記船体(2)の下方の位置で垂直方向に移動可能な底端を有し、船体を海底に固定する複数本の甲板昇降式脚柱(16.1、16.2、16.3、16.4)を対向する側壁に備えた前記船体(2)に組み込まれた甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.1、15.2、15.3、15.4)と、
前記側壁(4.1、4.2)の上端(19.1、19.2)で移動可能なクレーン(20)と、
を備えた海洋構造物の運搬および設置用船舶。 - 請求項1に記載の船舶において、
前記クレーン(20)は、クレーン橋梁(22)を有する。 - 請求項2に記載の船舶において、
前記クレーンは、側壁(4.1、4.2)の上端(19.1、19.2)で移動可能な支持体(21.1、21.2)上でクレーン橋梁(22)を支持する門形クレーン(20)である。 - 請求項1ないし3に記載の船舶において、
航行中に前記突起部の底端が船体(2)の水位線(11)の上方に位置するように、前記側壁(4.1、4.2)は、底部上の前記突起部(9.1、9.2)の領域が切り欠かれている。 - 請求項1ないし4に記載の船舶において、
セミサブマーシブルである船体は、当該船体(2)に組み込まれたバラストタンクを備え、当該バラストタンクにバラスト水を充水するために汲み上げ、および/または、当該バラストタンクからバラスト水をくみ出す。 - 請求項1ないし5に記載の船舶において、
3台の甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.1、15.2、15.3)を有し、
中央軸(17)上の1台の甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.1)は、船体(2)の前部に組み込まれており、
2台の付加的な甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.2、15.3)は、2つの側壁(4.1、4.2)の船体(2)の後部に組み込まれている。 - 請求項1ないし5に記載の船舶において、
4台の甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.1、15.2、15.3、15.4)を有し、
対向する2台の甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.1、15.2)は、側壁(4.1、4.2)の船体(2)の前部に組み込まれ、
付加的な対向する2台の甲板昇降式脚柱システム(15.3、15.4)は、側壁(4.1、4.2)の後部(2)に組み込まれる。 - 請求項1ないし7に記載の船舶において、
前記船体(2)の前方に甲板室(6)を有する。 - 請求項1ないし8に記載の船舶において、
船用プロペラドライブおよび前後操縦支援を有する。 - 請求項1ないし9に記載の船舶において、
自動船位保持装置を有する。 - 請求項1ないし10に記載の船舶において、
風力タービン(23)の支持構造(23.1)および/またはマスト(23.2)を垂直に位置合わせされた状態で船体(2)に固定する装置を備える。 - 請求項1ないし11に記載の船舶において、
風力タービン(23)の支持構造(23.1)および/またはマスト(23.2)の台座および/またはラッシング・システム用の締付具を備える。 - 請求項1ないし12に記載の船舶において、
風力タービン(23)の複数台の支持構造(23.1)またはマスト(23.2)を船舶の前後軸方向に連続して、または、風力タービン(23)のマスト(23.2)と支持構造(23.1)を交互に配置して備える。 - 請求項1ないし13に記載の船舶において、
開口船尾(12)を閉じるテールゲートを備える。 - 請求項1ないし14に記載の船舶によって海洋構造物を運搬および設置する方法であって、
前記船舶(1)に海洋構造物(23)を船積みし、
船積みされた前記船舶(1)を海洋構造物(23)の設置位置に航行させ、
前記甲板昇降式脚柱(16)を使用して設置位置の海底に船舶(1)を固定し、
前記設置位置で側壁(4.1、4.2)の後方突起部(9.1、9.2)の間から前記海洋構造物(23)をクレーン(20)によって下ろし、
前記甲板昇降式脚柱(16)を海底(24)から解放する。 - 請求項15に記載の方法において、
船積みの前に、前記甲板昇降式脚柱(16)によって港のフロア(27)に船舶を固定し、
船積みの後に、前記甲板昇降式脚柱(16)を港のフロア(27)から解放する。 - 請求項15または16に記載の方法において、
前記バラストタンクを浸水させることによって海底(24)に前記船舶が固定される場合、当該船舶(1)はより深く浸漬される。 - 請求項15または16に記載の方法において、
前記船舶(1)は、甲板昇降式脚柱(16)によって船体(2)を水面から部分的に少なくとも持ち上げる。 - 請求項15ないし18に記載の方法において、
前記甲板昇降式脚柱(16)が海底(24)に固定されるまで、前記船舶は海洋構造物(23)の設置位置で自動船位保持装置によって位置決めされる。 - 請求項15ないし19に記載の方法において、
前記突起部(9.1、9.2)が、海洋構造物(23)の積換え場(26)を取り囲むように、埠頭(25)上で側壁(4.1、4.2)の後方突起部(9.1、9.2)を移動させて海洋構造物(23)を船舶(2)に船積みし、
前記積換え場(26)に載置された海洋構造物をクレーン(20)によって持ち上げ、船体(2)に載置する。 - 請求項16ないし20の一つに記載の方法において、
前記船舶(1)に風力タービン(23)を船積みし、
設置位置で前記風力タービン(23)を設置する。 - 請求項21に記載の方法において、
垂直に位置合わせされた前記風力タービン(23)の支持構造(23.1)および/またはマスト(23.2)を船舶(1)に船積みし、
前記風力タービン(23)の支持構造(23.1)および/またはマスト(23.2) を設置位置に設置する。 - 請求項22に記載の方法において、
前記風力タービン(23)の複数台の支持構造(23.1)または複数台のマスト(23.2)を前後軸に連続して、または、風力タービン(23)のマスト(23.2)と支持構造(23.1)を交互に船積みし、
前記支持構造(23.1)を設置位置に設置し、または、風力タービン(23)のマスト(23.2)を風力タービン(23)の支持構造(23.1)に載置し、または、支持構造(23.1)を設置し、支持構造上にマスト(23.2)を載置する。 - 請求項15ないし23の一つに記載の方法において、
航行中に前記船舶の船倉をテールゲートによって閉じる。
