粘度400mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.47質量%) 100質量部、乾式シリカ(CAB-O-SIL S-17D) 53質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 10.6質量部、水 4.2質量部、テトラメチルジビニルジシラザン 0.7質量部をミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理してシリカマスターバッチ1を調製した。
粘度40000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.09質量%) 100質量部、乾式シリカ(CAB-O-SIL S-17D) 47質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 9.2質量部、水 1.8質量部、テトラメチルジビニルジシラザン 0.3質量部をミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理してシリカマスターバッチ2を調製した。
粘度2000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.23質量%) 100質量部、湿式シリカ(SIPERNAT 200) 57質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 8.4質量部、水 3.5質量部をミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理してシリカマスターバッチ3を調製した。
粘度2000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.23質量%) 100質量部、湿式シリカ(SIPERNAT 320DS) 57質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 8.4質量部、水 3.5質量部をミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理してシリカマスターバッチ4を調製した。
粘度400mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.47質量%) 100質量部、湿式シリカ(ZIPSIL LP) 60質量部、ヘキサメチルジシラザン 10.6質量部、水 4.2質量部をミキサーに投入し、室温で均一になるまで混合した後、減圧下200℃で2時間加熱処理してシリカマスターバッチ5を調製した。
アンモニア含有量:シリカマスターバッチ1.5gを精秤し、トルエン60mlを加えて溶解した。得られた溶液に5mMの硝酸20gを加えて2時間振り混ぜた後、遠心分離して水相に抽出されたアンモニアを定量した。
下記表1に示す成分を同じく表1に示す割合で均一に混合して室温硬化性シリコーン組成物1〜8(以下、それぞれ、ベース1〜8という)を得た。
A−2:粘度400mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.47質量%)
A−3:粘度2000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.23質量%)
A−4:粘度10000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.13質量%)
A−5:粘度40000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルビニルシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ビニル基含有量約0.09質量%)
F−1:粘度50mPa・sのジメチルポリシロキサン
白金系触媒:白金の1,3−ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン錯体のジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン溶液
ベース1〜8のそれぞれについて、下記表2に組成を示す硬化剤1及び硬化剤2を、下記表3〜12に示す割合で使用して、室温にて硬化させて硬化物を得た。更に、各硬化物について下記に示す測定方法により損失正接、引張強さ、引裂強さ、及び、触感を測定した。表7、9及び10に示す例では、それらの特性に加えて、変色を測定した。結果を表3〜12に併せて示す。
B−2:粘度27mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルハイドロジェンシロキシ基封鎖ジメチル・メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量約0.10質量%)
E−1:粘度38mPa・sの分子鎖両末端ジメチルハイドロジェンシロキシ基封鎖ジメチルポリシロキサン(ケイ素原子結合水素原子含有量約0.06質量%)
硬化遅延剤1:メチル(トリス(1,1−ジメチル−2−プロピニルオキシ)シラン
硬化遅延剤2:テトラメチルテトラビニルシクロテトラシロキサン
アスカーC硬さ:JIS K7312に規定されたタイプC硬さ試験機を用いた試験方法に準ずる。硬化物の試験片(厚さ6mm、直径70mmの円盤形状)を2枚重ねて使用した。
優;皮膚様外皮として優れた触感
良;やや硬い触感があるが、皮膚様外皮として自然な触感。
劣;芯があるような硬さを感じ、皮膚様外皮として不自然な触感。
優:変色が認められない。
劣:褐色に着色し著しく変色した。
Claims (11)
- シリコーンエラストマー組成物の硬化物からなる人工外皮であって、
下記式:
tan δ≧0.23−0.006X
(式中、
tan δは前記組成物の硬化物の損失正接を表し、
Xは前記組成物の硬化物のアスカーC硬さを表す)
を満たすことを特徴とする人工外皮。 - 前記式において、tan δが0.2以上、及び/又は、Xが20以下の正数であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物がシリカ微粉末を5〜30質量%の範囲で含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の人工外皮。
- 前記シリカ微粉末の10質量%以上が湿式シリカであることを特徴とする、請求項3記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物の粘度が20,000mPa・s以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物が室温硬化性の付加反応硬化型シリコーンエラストマー組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物が1分子中にケイ素原子に結合したアルケニル基を少なくとも2個有するオルガノポリシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物が1分子中にケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を少なくとも3個有するオルガノハイドロジェンポリシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6又は7記載の人工外皮。
- 前記組成物が硬化遅延剤としてアルケニル基含有シロキサンを含む請求項6乃至8のいずれかに記載の人工外皮。
- 引張強度が0.3MPa以上、及び/又は、伸びが420%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の人工外皮。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の人工外皮を備える模型又はロボット。
