Claims (2)
- 排気管内に尿素水を噴射するドージングバルブと、
尿素タンク内の尿素水を吸い上げて前記ドージングバルブに尿素水を供給すると共に前記ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を前記尿素タンクに戻すサプライモジュールと、
を備え、前記ドージングバルブが尿素水の結晶化により正常に作動しないときに正常な状態に復帰させるための復帰制御システムであって、
前記ドージングバルブを監視し、前記ドージングバルブの異常を検出する異常検出手段と、
前記異常検出手段で前記ドージングバルブの異常を検出したときに、前記サプライモジュールを制御することにより、前記ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を前記尿素タンクに戻すと共に前記排気管の排気ガス(空気)を前記ドージングバルブから前記尿素タンクまで吸い込む強制エンプティングと前記ドージングバルブへの尿素水の供給とを繰り返し、前記ドージングバルブ内の尿素水に与える圧力を変動させる復帰制御手段を更に備えることを特徴とする復帰制御システム。 - 前記異常検出手段は、ドージングバルブに供給された尿素水の圧力を測定する尿素水圧力センサの測定値から尿素水圧力の異常を検出する圧力異常検出手段からなり、
前記復帰制御手段は、前記圧力異常検出手段で尿素水圧力の異常を検出したときに、前記サプライモジュールを制御することにより、前記ドージングバルブ内の尿素水を前記尿素タンクに戻すと共に前記排気管の排気ガス(空気)を前記ドージングバルブから前記尿素タンクまで吸い込む強制エンプティングと前記ドージングバルブへの尿素水の供給とを繰り返し、前記ドージングバルブ内の尿素水に与える圧力を変動させ、且つ、前記強制エンプティングと前記ドージングバルブへの尿素水の供給とを所定回数繰り返しても前記ドージングバルブが正常な状態に復帰しない場合に前記ドージングバルブが故障していると判定する請求項1に記載の復帰制御システム。
