Description
第1波長帯の光を放射するよう適合される光源と、
反射層を有する反射体であって、前記光源によって放射される光を受け取り、前記光を前記発光装置の光出射窓の方へ反射するよう配設される反射体と、
前記第1波長帯の光を吸収し、第2波長帯の光を放射するよう適合される波長変換材料を有する波長変換層であって、前記波長変換層と、前記光源とが、互いに間隔をおいて配設される波長変換層と、
少なくとも前記第1波長帯の光を散乱させるよう適合される光散乱素子とを有する発光装置であって、
前記光散乱素子の少なくとも一部が、前記光源から前記波長変換層への光路中に配設される発光装置に関する。好ましくは、前記光源は、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを有する。
波長変換層は、例えば、プレートをもたらす押出成形、真空熱成形、射出成形によっても準備されることができ、この場合には、他の層は、プレート上への積層又はプレートへの直接コーティングによって付され得る。拡散層7及び/又は反射層5は、波長変換層6内の波長変換材料の粒子9の封入物をこれらの層7及び5内に設けるオープン構造を持っていてもよく、従って、これらの層の波長変換層6への付着を改善する。
Claims (3)
- 発光装置であり、
第1波長帯の光を放射するよう適合される発光ダイオードと、
反射層を有する反射体であって、前記発光ダイオードによって放射される光を受け取り、前記光を前記発光装置の光出射窓の方へ反射するよう配設される反射体と、
前記第1波長帯の光を吸収し、第2波長帯の光を放射するよう適合される波長変換材料を有する波長変換層であって、前記波長変換層と、前記発光ダイオードとが、互いに間隔をおいて配設される波長変換層と、
少なくとも前記第1波長帯の光を散乱させるよう適合される光散乱素子とを有する発光装置であって、
前記光散乱素子の少なくとも一部が、前記発光ダイオードから前記波長変換層への光路中に配設され、
前記反射体が、前記波長変換層を更に有し、前記波長変換層が、前記発光ダイオードから前記反射層への光路中に配設され、
前記反射体が、前記光散乱素子の少なくとも一部を有する拡散層を更に有し、前記拡散層が、前記発光ダイオードから前記波長変換層への光路中に配設され、
前記反射層と、前記波長変換層と、前記拡散層とが、多層膜を形成する発光装置。 - 前記波長変換層が、前記光散乱素子の少なくとも一部を更に有する請求項1に記載の発光装置。
- 前記反射層が、前記光散乱素子の少なくとも一部を有する請求項1又は2に記載の発光装置。
