Description
Claims (9)
- 流体で満たされたシリンダ(2)と、
前記シリンダ(2)を閉じ、前記シリンダ(2)内をスライドするロッド(4)によって貫通されているブシュ(3)と、
前記流体を調整して流通させるための手段(7)が装着され、前記シリンダ(2)の内側をスライドするピストン(5)と
で構成された減速装置(1)であって、
前記ピストン(5)が、前記ロッド(4)とは別であり、前記ロッド(4)が、前記ピストンへの当接のための後頭部(21)を有し、前記ピストン(5)を前記シリンダ(2)から出ようとする方向に動かすための第1の弾性手段(8)と、前記ロッド(4)を前記シリンダ(2)から出る方向に動かすための前記第1の弾性手段(8)とは別個独立の第2の弾性手段(9)とが存在し、前記ロッド(4)が、前記シリンダ(2)内を自由に移動でき、前記シリンダ(2)から出る行程において、前記ピストン(5)および該ピストン(5)に作用する前記第1の弾性手段(8)とは別個独立に、前記第2の弾性手段(9)によってのみ駆動されることを特徴とする、減速装置(1)。 - 前記第1の弾性手段(8)が、前記ピストン(5)と前記シリンダ(2)の底部との間に保持された第1のばね(10)で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の減速装置(1)。
- 前記第2の弾性手段(9)が、前記シリンダ(2)の外部において前記ロッド(4)を覆うように装着され、前記ロッド(4)の前頭部(12)と前記シリンダ(2)または前記ブシュ(3)との間に保持された第2のばね(11)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の減速装置(1)。
- 前記第1および第2のばね(10、11)が、異なる堅さの度合いを有していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の減速装置(1)。
- 前記第1および第2のばね(10、11)が、前記シリンダ(2)と同軸なコイルばねであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の減速装置(1)。
- 前記ロッド(4)に、衝突に起因する騒音を弱めるための弾性キャップ(16)を有している前頭部(12)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の減速装置(1)。
- 前記ピストン(5)の環状の周溝(17)にOリング(18)が装着され、該ピストン(5)が、前記シリンダ(2)に沿って軸方向に案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の減速装置(1)。
- キャビネットの可動部の減速させられた閉鎖のために、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の減速装置(1)を有していることを特徴とする、キャビネット。
- 粘性流体で満たされたシリンダ(2)と、
前記シリンダ(2)を閉じ、前記シリンダ(2)内をスライドするロッド(4)によって貫通されているブシュ(3)と、
前記ロッド(4)とは別個のピストン(5)と
で構成され、
前記ロッド(4)が、前記ピストン(5)への当接のための後頭部(21)を有し、前記ピストン(5)が前記シリンダ(2)の内側をスライドし、前記ピストン(5)に前記粘性流体を調整して流通させるための手段(7)が取り付けられている減速装置(1)によって、キャビネットの可動部を開閉する方法であって、
前記キャビネットの可動部を閉じる際には、前記ピストン(5)を前記シリンダから出ようとする方向に動かすための前記第1の弾性手段(8)が、前記ロッド(4)を前記シリンダ(2)から出る方向に動かすための第2の弾性手段(9)と協働して、前記ロッド(4)を減速させるように働き、
前記キャビネットの可動部を開く際には、前記第2の弾性手段(9)が、前記ロッド(4)だけを前記シリンダ(2)から出る方向に押すように働く一方で、前記第1の手段(8)が、前記ピストン(5)を前記シリンダ(2)から出ようとする方向に押すように働き、前記粘性流体を調整して流通させるための手段(7)を通る前記粘性流体の流れを可能にし、
前記ロッド(4)が、前記シリンダ(2)内を自由に移動でき、前記シリンダ(2)から出る行程において、前記ピストン(5)および該ピストン(5)に作用する前記第1の弾性手段(8)とは別個独立に、前記第2の弾性手段(9)によってのみ駆動されることを特徴とする、方法。
