Description
Claims (13)
- 後部壁(16)を有する炉(12)と、
前記炉の前記後部壁側に配置される後部煙道(20)を含むと共に前記炉に接続される排煙チャネル(14)と、
排煙のための入口チャネル(26、26’)を含む燃焼用空気のための予熱器(22、22’)と、を有し、前記排煙のための入口チャネルの上側部分が前記後部煙道の下側部分に取り付けられる、火力発電ボイラ(10)であって、該火力発電ボイラは更に、
予熱された燃焼用空気を前記炉に導くために、排煙のための前記入口チャネルに隣接して配置される燃焼用空気のための流れチャネル(24、24’)を備え、
排煙のための前記入口チャネルが前記後部煙道の反対側に取り付けられる2つの隣接するチャネル部分(28、28’)を有することを特徴とする火力発電ボイラ。 - 前記後部煙道(20)が、前記後部煙道の前記炉側にある前部分とその反対側の後部分とを有し、前記隣接するチャネル部分(28、28’)のうちの一方が前記後部煙道の前記前部分に取り付けられ、他方が前記後部煙道の前記後部分に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 前記後部煙道(20)の下側部分に配置される灰ホッパ(30)を有し、前記隣接するチャネル部分(28、28’)が前記灰ホッパの領域において前記後部煙道に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 排煙のための前記入口チャネル(26、26’)が少なくとも部分的に前記後部煙道(20)の下方に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器(22、22’)が、排煙のための前記入口チャネル(26、26’)を燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器に接続させる、排煙のための入口接続部(38、38’)を有し、排煙のための前記入口接続部が前記後部煙道の下方に位置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器(22、22’)が、燃焼用空気のための前記流れチャネル(24、24’)を燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器に接続させる、燃焼用空気のための出口接続部(40、40’)を有し、燃焼用空気のための前記出口接続部が前記後部煙道の下方の領域の外側にくることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 排煙のための前記入口接続部(38、38’)及び燃焼用空気のための前記出口接続部(40、40’)が、前記炉(12)の前記後部壁(16)の水平断面方向に順番に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器(22、22’)が燃焼用空気のための再生式予熱器であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器(22、22’)が垂直方向の回転軸を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 前記炉(12)の前記後部壁(16)の中心の垂直線を基準にして対称に配置される、燃焼用空気のための2つの平行する接続された予熱器(22、22’)を有し、排煙のための分離した入口チャネル(26、26’)が燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器の各々を前記後部煙道(20)の下側部分に接続させ、その排煙のための分離した入口チャネルの各々が、一方が前記後部煙道の前部分に取り付けられてもう一方が前記後部煙道の後部分に取り付けられる2つの隣接するチャネル部分(28、28’)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための平行する接続された予熱器(22、22’)の各々が排煙のための入口接続部(38、38’)及び燃焼用空気のための出口接続部(40、40’)を有し、燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器の燃焼用空気のための前記出口接続部が反対方向に対称に配置され、それにより、燃焼用空気のための前記出口接続部及び排煙のための前記入口接続部が、前記炉(12)の前記後部壁(16)の水平断面方向に並ぶことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器(22、22’)のバイパス・チャネル(46)が、燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器に接続された排煙のための前記分離した入口チャネル(26、26’)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
- 燃焼用空気のための前記予熱器の前記バイパス・チャネル(46)が、前記火力発電ボイラの給水のための予熱器(48)を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の火力発電ボイラ。
