Description
Claims (13)
- 患者の体外に配置される一端部(34)及び患者の気管内に配置される他端部(32)を有するシャフト(30)を有し,
前記シャフト(30)が前記一端部(34)に近接したシャフト(30)の壁を貫通して形成した開口部(33)を有し,
円筒状の内側部品(40)が前記一端部内の前記開口部(33)の内側に沿って延在し,
別の外側部品(46)が前記シャフト(30)外側で前記開口部(33)の外側に沿って延在し,
前記外側部品及び内側部品(46,40)間に前記開口部(33)を通して素材(47)を延在させて,前記外側部品(46)及び内側部品(40)を,前記開口部(33)を通して結合していることを特徴とする,気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。 - 前記外側部品及び内側部品(46,40)間に延在する素材(47)が,前記開口部(33)から流出した外側部品又は内側部品(46,40)の素材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 前記外側部品(46)が前記一端部(34)までインサート成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 前記内側部品及び外側部品(40及び46)は熱可塑性素材製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 前記シャフト(30)がPTFE材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 前記シャフト(30)がePTFE製であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 円筒状の内側部品(40)が挿入されているシャフトの前記一端部(34)に拡径領域(30’)を形成するようにシャフト(30)が据え込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ(3)と,
該気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ(3)が内部に挿入された気管切除術用外側チューブ(1)と,
を備える,気管切除術用チューブ組立体。 - 患者の体外に配置される一端部(34)及び患者の気管内に配置される他端部(32)を有する円筒状シャフト(30)を供給する工程と,
前記一端部(34)に近接したシャフトの壁を貫通した開口部(33)を形成する工程と,
各々シャフトの内側と外側で前記開口部に沿って延在している別の円筒状の内側部品及び外側部品(40,46)を供給する工程と,
相互に結合するように,円筒状の内側部品及び外側部品(40,46)間へ前記開口部(33)に沿って素材(47)を延在させる工程と,
を備える,気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ(3)の製造方法。 - 患者の体外に配置される一端部(34)及び患者の気管内に配置される他端部(32)を有する円筒状シャフト(30)を供給する工程と,
前記一端部(34)に近接したシャフトの壁を貫通した開口部(33)を形成する工程と,
前記開口部(33)の内側端部に沿って延在している円筒状の内側部品(40)をシャフト(30)の前記一端部に挿入する工程と,
外側部品(46)の素材(47)が前記開口部(33)から流出し内側部品(40)と結合するように,シャフトの前記一端部の外側に円筒状の外側部品(46)をインサート成形する工程と,
を備える,気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ(3)の製造方法。 - 前記シャフト(30)の素材が,前記内側部品及び外側部品(40及び46)の素材とは異なることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記シャフト(30)がPTFE製であり,前記内側部品及び外側部品(40及び46)が同一の熱可塑性素材製であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造された気管切除術用チューブ組立体のチューブ。
