Description
前記薄壁包囲要素を当該支持部に固定するための1つまたは複数の固定装置を有する支持部と、
膨張時に、可撓性ライナを押圧するようになっている膨張可能押圧要素と、
を備え、
前記可撓性ライナは、前記押圧要素と前記薄壁包囲要素の薄壁との間に適合するようになっており、
前記ライナは、薄壁の他側で機械加工動作が行われる位置に対向するように配置された少なくとも1つの強化要素を有しており、前記強化要素は、前記可撓性ライナと前記薄壁との間で空洞を形成するべく、薄壁から離して前記可撓性ライナを保持しており、膨張された状態の押圧要素と前記可撓性ライナとが、薄壁の他側の機械加工の間、前記薄壁包囲要素における振動を減衰することを特徴とする固定治具を提供する。
前記薄壁包囲要素または前記薄壁包囲要素の複製品を提供する工程と、
前記薄壁包囲要素の薄壁に対して、それぞれの位置に、1つの強化要素または各強化要素を配置する工程と、
前記1つの強化要素または各強化要素を包含する柔軟な材料の層を前記薄壁に対して鋳造して、前記ライナを形成する工程と、
前記薄壁から前記ライナを解放する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法を提供する。
Claims (8)
- 薄壁包囲要素を固定するための固定治具であって、
前記薄壁包囲要素を当該支持部に固定するための1つまたは複数の固定装置を有する支持部と、
膨張時に、可撓性ライナを押圧するようになっている膨張可能押圧要素と、
を備え、
前記可撓性ライナは、前記押圧要素と前記薄壁包囲要素の薄壁との間に適合するようになっており、
前記可撓性ライナは、薄壁の他側で機械加工動作が行われる位置に対向するように配置された少なくとも1つの強化要素を有しており、
前記強化要素は、前記可撓性ライナと前記薄壁との間で空洞を形成するべく、薄壁から離して前記可撓性ライナを保持しており、
膨張された状態の押圧要素と前記可撓性ライナとが、薄壁の他側の機械加工の間、前記薄壁包囲要素における振動を減衰する
ことを特徴とする固定治具。 - 前記強化要素は、前記可撓性ライナの鋳造中に、前記可撓性ライナに包含される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の固定治具。 - 前記可撓性ライナは、ポリウレタンから形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の固定治具。 - 前記強化要素は、ナイロンから形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の固定治具。 - 前記薄壁包囲要素は、ロケットノーズ円錐体またはガスタービン航空機用エンジンケーシングである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の固定治具。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の固定治具の可撓性ライナを形成する方法であって、
前記薄壁包囲要素または前記薄壁包囲要素の複製品を提供する工程と、
前記薄壁包囲要素の薄壁に対して、それぞれの位置に、1つの強化要素または各強化要素を配置する工程と、
前記1つの強化要素または各強化要素を包含する柔軟な材料の層を前記薄壁に対して鋳造して、前記ライナを形成する工程と、
前記薄壁から前記ライナを解放する工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記配置工程中、スペーサが、空洞を形成するべく、前記薄壁包囲要素の薄壁から離して前記強化要素を保持する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記強化要素は、前記薄壁包囲要素内に開口を介して挿入され前記強化要素に固定された取付器具によってそれぞれの位置に配置された状態で、成形される
ことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の方法。
