Claims (1)
- 薄肉円筒体の外周面から所定の間隔をおいて該
薄肉円筒体を囲む円筒状の弾性膜を配設し、該弾
性膜の背後に圧力流体が充填される圧力流体室を
形成するとともに該圧力流体室に圧力流体を給排
する給排手段を設けたことを特徴とする薄肉円筒
体のクランプ装置。
