Claims (2)
- 導線と、導線の周りに形成された絶縁被膜からなり、
前記絶縁被膜は、導線側に配された内被膜とその周りに配された外被膜からなり、
内被膜と外被膜で適用可能な素材として耐熱性の高い順に、ポリイミド(PI)、ポリアミドイミド(PAI)、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)、ポリフェニルサルホン(PPSU)、ポリエーテルイミド(PEI)、ポリエーテルサルホン(PESU)、ポリサルホン(PSU)、液晶ポリマー(LCP)、ポリフェニレンサルファイド(PPS)、ポリフタルアミド(PPA)、ポリアミド(PA)があり、かつ、内被膜と外被膜は列挙された上記素材のいずれかから形成されており、
外被膜の形成素材は、PI,PAI,PEEK、PPSU,PEI,PESUのうちのいずれか一種から選定され、内被膜の形成素材は外被膜の形成素材よりも相対的に耐熱性の低い素材が選定されており、
内被膜と外被膜は相互に係合する係合部を介して密着しており、該係合部は、内被膜に設けられた雄と、外被膜に設けられて該雄が抜けない態様で係合する雌とから構成されている巻線。 - 前記導線が平角導線からなり、前記巻線が平角線である請求項1に記載の巻線。
