Claims (5)
- 原子炉圧力容器(12)の炉心溶射システムの下降管(10)用のスリップジョイントアセンブリ(32)であって、
筐体スリーブ(40、42)の内側表面と前記下降管の間に環状空所が存在する前記下降管内のスリップジョイント(22)の周りに形成された筐体スリーブ(40、42)と、
前記空所に挿入可能な上部くさび(46)および下部くさび(46)と、
前記空所を通って延在し、かつ前記上部くさびおよび下部くさびを通って延在し、前記筐体スリーブを前記下降管に固定するように前記上部くさびおよび下部くさびを引き合わせる力を加えるくさびボルト(60)と、
前記筐体スリーブから前記下降管の上部セクションの開口(34)内まで延在する上部ピン(36)と、
前記筐体スリーブから前記下降管の下部セクションの開口(34)内まで延在する下部ピン(36)と、
を備えるスリップジョイントアセンブリ。 - 前記筐体スリーブが、対合する半筐体(38、40)を備え、前記半筐体が、軸方向端部に沿って接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリップジョイントアセンブリ。
- 前記上部ピン(36)が、前記筐体スリーブの上部ねじ式開口(66)を通り前記下降管の前記上部セクションの前記開口(34)内まで延在する上部横方向ピンを含み、
前記下部ピン(36)が、前記筐体スリーブの下部開口内のねじ式開口(66)を通り前記下降管の前記下部セクションの前記開口(34)内まで延在する横方向ピンを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリップジョイントアセンブリ。 - 前記筐体スリーブの前記内側表面が、前記上部くさびを受け入れる上部の傾斜表面(54)と前記下部くさびを受け入れる下部の傾斜表面(54)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリップジョイントアセンブリ。
- 4対の前記上部くさび(46)および前記下部くさび(46)をさらに備え、前記4対が前記空所の周りに対称的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスリップジョイントアセンブリ。
