Claims (4)
- 支持クランプアセンブリ(60)を原子炉容器(10)のジェットポンプ(18)内で組み立てる方法であって、
ケーブル(112)を軸の第1の端部に取り付け、前記軸およびケーブルを下降させて前記ジェットポンプのエルボ導管(34)および熱スリーブ(32)内に入れるステップと、
前記ケーブルを下降させて、少なくとも1つの前記熱スリーブ固締機器(62、70、72)が前記軸上を滑るように案内するステップであって、前記固締機器が前記軸の第2の端部(86)に押し付けられて当接するステップと、
前記固締機器を前記熱スリーブの内側表面(38)に押し付けて着座させるステップと、
前記軸を前記エルボ導管の壁の開口部(118)を貫通して、前記固締機器から延ばすステップと、
固定機器(66、68)を前記エルボ導管内の前記開口部を貫通して延びる前記軸の前記第1の端部に取り付けるステップであって、前記固定機器が前記エルボ導管の壁の外側表面に隣接して前記軸に張力を加え、前記軸への前記張力が前記熱スリーブを前記エルボ導管の壁に向けて付勢する、ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする組み立て方法。 - 前記ケーブル(112)を前記ジェットポンプからの昇水管移行部内の開口部を通り延ばすことと、
前記軸、ケーブルおよび固締機器を前記開口部を通り、かつ前記昇水管、エルボ導管および熱スリーブの内側を通り挿入すること、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記固締機器が1次十字形材(70)および2次十字形材(72)を含み、
前記ケーブルを前記1次十字形材内のベースを貫通して滑らせ、次いで前記2次十字形材のベースを貫通して滑らせることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記固締機器がボスとナットを備え、前記軸の前記第1の端部を前記ボスの開口部を通って滑らせ、前記ナットを前記ボスを貫いて延びる前記軸の前記第1の端部に取り付けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
